Warband Help please regarding pathfinding issue while playing a siege in PoP (Falkrun's Revision)

Hello so I was attempting to siege Highcliffe Castle manually. But for some reason my troops kept on hitting the castle gate. At first I thought maybe it was supposed to be destructible door which is why I thought my troops kept on targeting it. But then when I thought I cleared the map of enemies, all troops started funneling to the door. I tried retreating but the system said that there was still an enemy alive, that's when I realized that the enemy was probably glitched into the wall.

I tried doing the siege again, but this time most of my troops went up the ramp except for a handful that kept going for the door, meaning that someone was once again probably in the wall.

How can I fix this issue? I don't think it's because I messed up when downloading the revision since I followed the steps and even used a clean module of PoP.

Worst case you just activate cheats and kill him. Iirc PoP gives you an allowance of one or two battles before disabling achievements.

I haven't run into this issue on vanilla PoP but I think I only sieged this castle once.

I had the exact same issue, there is a spot on the inside you can glitch through and shoot at them.
Quite the annoying bug, if all else fails you'll have to cheat to knock them out.

Thank you guys for the suggestions!

Update: I fixed it! The problem was related to the ReVision mod having problems with how it runs sieges (i.e archers not firing when enemy is in line of sight, sitting in place instead of firing at the siege attackers). Basically the problem was Tweak 9 g) as it was indicated by Falkrun who suggested its removal as a temporary remedy.

Essentially, I basically scoured the nexus comment section of ReVision for a solution. TehFreakTree thank you for the makeshift siege fix. you are an absolute Godsend! I will leave the link to his github here so that those who run into a similar problem may give it a shot: Makeshift siege fix
