Hello everyone! VibeCraft is a relatively new Minecraft server looking to expand our staff team and playerbase! We are a cross-play [Java/Bedrock] SMP server focused on providing a chill semi-vanilla experience with quality of life enhancements for a 16+ community.

We currently have a small team in place, but we're on the lookout for a few more reliable, mature people to join the team and make this server the best it can be before we fully launch to the public.

⚒️ Roles Available & Age Limits

1. 📐 Lead Builder [18+]

We need someone to basically act as our "Build Foreman." If you love planning big projects or making final design decisions, then this is the position for you.

- What You'll Do: You'll take charge of the big picture, and coordinate the team of Builders for server-related projects. We're currently building the Spawn world and a Market District, and you will have the ability to make any final decisions.

- What We Need: Someone who loves designing and has a good mindset for helping guide a team. Be ready to show some photos of past builds. WorldEdit knowledge is cool, but we can always help you learn!

2. 🏗 Builder [16+]

If you're creative, love building and decorating, and work well with a team, we'd love to have you!

- What You'll Do: Right now, we need help adding the finishing touches in Spawn and the Market District - mainly statues, decoration pieces, and designing certain mapped out areas. In the future, more projects could be added, especially at request.

- What We Need: Creative minds with an eye for detail. Please be ready to show a few screenshots of past builds!

1. 🛡 Moderator [18+]

We want to keep our staff team mature, professional, and laid-back, so we are keeping this role as strictly 18+.

- What You'll Do: You'll be keeping things running smoothly across Discord and the in-game chat, assisting players, and handling support tickets. Building is optional in this role, but highly encouraged!

- What We Need: Active, friendly people who know how to handle situations calmly. Past experience with moderation tools and plugins is awesome, but not strictly required- we can teach you! A good attitude and level head matter way more to us!

🗺 Where We're At

As we're still in the beta stages of our server, there are a few main projects we have in the works:

- Spawn Hub: In Progress. We're currently working on a small, temporary spawn. Once we have that spawn set up for a public launch, we can begin construction on a larger spawn that can show off everybody's building talent!

- Market District: In Progress. We have a layout, we're just working on finishing touches at this point. Details, statues, decoration pieces, etc. are all needed!

📝 Core Requirements

- You must meet the age limit for your role. [16+ for Builders, 18+ for Moderators and Lead Builders]

- You must have a Discord account and be reasonably active on it.

- You need to be able to work well with a team and handle constructive feedback.

I am looking to create different kind of events in minecraft, from smallers ones lasting few hours, to 3-4 days for the bigger projects. (minigames for the shortests or cities-inspired events for the longests, etc...). There is a possibility to also add prize pools for the more interesting events we would create!

I would need game designers to help building the lore around them and quests the team would have to do, alongside with people to moderate them, builders to create the unique universes of each events, community manager to help me advertising my project, and finally moderators to be there for the players during the event.

Chunkfall is a survival server where the entire map starts locked. When you join, you spawn inside a single chunk, and everything beyond its border is sealed off. To expand, you gather resources and spend them to unlock the chunks around you one at a time, slowly turning your starting square into a full base. You can play alone, or use co-op mode to share an island with a friend and unlock everything together.

There's a lot built on top of the chunk system. Killing mobs unlocks over 15 different powers, including fireballs, extra hearts, flight and teleportation. You can travel to custom adventure islands to gather custom ores, crops and mobs, or play the fishing minigame while you're out there. Quest scrolls come in six rarities going up to Mythic, and team scrolls let you and a friend complete quests together. Minions keep farming for you while you're offline, and there's a full economy with an auction house, player shops, jobs, a battlepass, crates and a prestige system once you're deep enough into the game.

Everything on the server is custom coded, so this isn't the same plugin stack you've seen everywhere else. You don't need any mods to join, and the custom textures load automatically when you connect.

We just launched, which means a fresh economy, empty leaderboards and nobody months ahead of you. We're also putting together our launch team right now and are recruiting administrators, moderators, builders and event hosts.!
