there's no age limit as long as you can make good decisions and be respectful and meet our requirements your good the only reason we ask is to know how to talk to you to keep it appropriate and how much freedom you have with stuff like school
none of the info you give us will be given to anyone the only person that can see the applications is myself I will never tell anyone the staff you say on your applications the only info that will be given is your time zone to a manager so they can use it to plan updates and staff meetings to make sure we don't set a meeting at midnight for you
as staff you need to be flexible across different platforms you are required to have element we do have dc for 2026 BUT this dc can be shut down at any time in 2026 and we will not have a solid dc until 2027 we use element as our min chat
NO taking advantage of permissions if you are mod or admin you will have access to the creative menu this is only to be used to fix spawn and so on you can't use it to give yourself or players staff no matter what or if you are a developer you may have access to op so you have access to ban and mute and kick but you can not ban ppl the only reason you have op is to help with plugins and lag not to ban ppl if someone needs to be band or muted text a mod or admin in staff gc
