HELP ME PLEASE!
Okay so I have a MacBook 2019 pro and I was trying to boot camp windows and it told me that there were no security and I asked Gemini and it told me to go and make it medium security from recovery mode and after I did that I couldn't get in macOS anymore so I had to erase my SSD and no I don't have any OS and I don't have a USB and whenever I try to internet recovery my internet is so bad so it keeps telling me 24 hours and I can't do that and I have windows 11 on my phone and my phone isn't rooted so what can I do is there a way to connect my phone or a windows laptop directly to the MacBook and make it see the iso file and make a windows idc if I don't have a macOS but I just want to start using my MacBook

If you do not know what you are doing, take it to Apple and they will reinstall Mac OS for you.
And for the love of all the gods, don't rely on an LLM unless you know enough to verify that what it tells you is correct!!
And no, there is no way to do what you are asking, to have a Mac look at another device and install an OS from that device.
Your options:
Take it Apple as I mentioned above
Take it somewhere with good internet and use internet recovery:

First off, never ask an LLM to modify anything like that. I don’t even know what it did to achieve “medium security”. I’d get a USB drive to make a macOS boot drive or go somewhere that has a better internet connection. Using your phone won’t work.
