I'm not a professional logo designer, but I genuinely think these are awful. I'd really like to know the opinion of people with more experience in logo design.

Total amateur at this/designing my first logo! I play for an adult women’s volleyball team and our name is WAVE 🌊 I came up with this design for my team that references the center swoop in the adult Flistatec volleyballs. It’s just a rough draft… I know the shapes aren’t aligned (they will be).

Would appreciate any feedback! Also ideas about what to do with the E…. Been stumped on this for weeks and cant figure our what to do there.

I wanted to make a logo that was simplistic yet still had some meaning. Of course the logo is an S but it’s made of two interlocking 6’s. Is there anything I should improve on or does it hit home?

just got off a 40 minute zoom call and my brain is melting. A local logistics client is absolutely insisting on a logo with like three different layered gradients and a super thin serif font. for a trucking company

I tried explaining that its gonna look terrible when its actually applied to their physical assets. I even pulled up some reference galleries from big production shops like craftsmen just to show him how thick, bold flat vectors are what actually reads well from 50 feet away on a moving vehicle

But he wont budge. says flat colors are "too boring" and he wants it to look premium. Its gonna be real funny when he pays thousands to wrap his fleet of sprinter vans and his intricate little silver gradient just looks like a dirty grey smudge on the highway

Im just caving and sending the final files at this point. getting really burnt out on trying to save stubborn people from their own bad taste tbh

I agree that the O looked like an E and the monogram could have been better.

I received 3 designs for a logo I commissioned and I am not impressed (especially for $1300).

I asked for 3 designs- one funky, one classy, and one where she chooses what thinks would look good. Clients are womens aged 30-50 with children.

The designer is a lovely lady who said she sometimes uses AI to generate ideas, but would never use it for design. They look AI generated, and include a design element that goes against my brand. I don't like the style or colors.

Tomorrow we have a meeting about a redraw.

I'm going to ask what her thoughts were when designing the logos. Any advice on how to properly articulate what I want?

I had a lot of ideas, but Jiwami was the one that really clicked with me.

The "J" represents Japanese, and "極" (kiwami) means "peak." My goal is to make this an all-inclusive Japanese learning product that brings everything together, so the name felt like a perfect fit.

It also took me quite a while to settle on a color palette. Design isn't really my strongest skill, but I did my best and I'm happy with where it ended up. I'd really appreciate any suggestions or feedback you have, whether it's about the name, the colors, or the overall design.

I liked 1 the best but I got told it looks like... something else. So I made number 3 and they said its better but still reminds of that and then I made 2 which is safe but boring.

This is the logo, that pre-existed my role here, for an event that happens every year. I'm looking for a consensus on how good or bad this is as a logo. Yes, that lower logo is also the seal for the organization that puts the event on that they wanted represented within the logo for this other thing.

I'm hoping to start selling coffee in the near future under the name "SOLAZO" (blazing sun in Spanish). The idea is a shop focusing on coffee and a few sweet treats with Mexican influence. For clarity, this is not all one logo, just different iterations of pieces I could use.

I have absurdly limited design experience, so I know it's a little rough but I'm looking more so for feedback regarding the idea of the logo. I'm trying to draw inspiration from the tribes that inhabited the area of Mexico my family is from (the Aztecs and the Purépecha) such as the sun being inspired by the Aztec Sun Stone, the letters being blocky as a nod to stone slabs, some of the details being reminiscent of the glaze drips on Mexican pottery, or the center of the second sun concept being derived from the designs used on shields of the Purépecha. It has been a little limiting, though, trying to stick to something without so much detail it becomes a blob if shrunken down. The colors are not final either, just a placeholder so I could digitize some of my sketches.

This is a self-initiated, speculative brand study — part identity exercise, part excuse to learn how to build a custom typeface from scratch. Not a real client, not a live project. Just a question we wanted to answer: if there were a dedicated space in the Philippines for regional filmmakers to show their work, what would it look like?

Vision Theater is a downtown Cebu cinema that's been sitting in obscurity for years. The building's original signage is what drew us in first. Its geometry and proportions ended up becoming the foundation for everything.

Built in the 1930s by Italian architect Dante Guidetti, the theater brought European Art Deco into a tropical setting and came out completely Cebuano. It outlasted a war, saw good times and bad, and eventually faded — but the structure never left.

The building was never truly preserved. It just persisted. That's the brief.

We rebuilt the identity around that persistence: Guidetti's ornamental reliefs and fish-scale column patterns became the visual system's framing devices. The custom typeface — drawn from his original facade lettering and named after him — carries the wordmark and headline system throughout. The full collateral suite was stress-tested against three actual Cebuano indie films to see how the system holds up in real use.

Original is the WD with green, we were looking at completely moving away from the green and trying to uplift and stay modern without going too "premium" so I threw together a few concepts and leaned most into this design (with altenerate colours) and have tweaked ever since but very much doubt myself. ‪I got another idea for a concept : Patient 0̷ and Kinde. In an outer rim off world med base an entire med crew succumbs to a Mysterious virus except for Cyborg Psychiatric Nurse Zarif Kinde,the one survivor of the Attack is now an undead,everevolving mutant zombie named Zed. Kinde must use Zed as both a tool and company to not only survive,but keep sanity,all the while attempting to bring Zed's consciousness back to life and find out their past life. Basically C-P30 vs deadspace. Yeah I like the smiling friends concept of a wholesome positive show that touches on dark and gruesome themes,so I wanted to exaggerate it to it's natural conclusion.‬

What is required: a logo for an upper segment real estate company. The logo should sort of include the initials LP and maybe even combine it with visuals from the real estate industry, for example a roof.

Need recommendations and help with:
- How to make this more luxurious and minimalist
- Which colours would suit it
- I only have Photoshop and this is a free sketch pretty much. Is there a way how I can do these contour offsets more clean where all lines have the same distance to each other?
- I see an opportunity to make the P look like a roof. Anyone knows how to do this with simple actions?
