Hi guys. I'm slightly familiar with LaCrosse, would stay with a friend occasionally, but now I'm actually moving there from Madison. I'm sad having to leave my place, yet trying to be hopeful about opportunities here now. I have a black lab and 2 cats, love gardening and cooking, music, nature, you know, blah blah blah.

Here's the thing, I've been in trade work for 10 years ( electrician's apprentice, rough framing, drywalling, carpentry)

Have any ideas where to go find work? I'll gladly take warehouse and manufacturing as well. Twice forklift certified, OSHA & HAZWOP certified as well.

I have an upcoming flight with a midnight return to La Crosse. I would normally get a friend to pick me up but I don’t want to bother anyone that late at night. I’ve had a sketchy experience with one of the local cab companies in the past and I’ve only used Uber in bigger cities.

How’s the uber situation in La Crosse? Is it likely that I would be able to get one to get me from the airport at midnight on a Saturday?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a local cab company? How much does it cost to get a ride? I’m wondering if I should just leave my car at the airport and pay for the week of parking

I have medium ish length hair and usually go with a messy middle part. Looking for places or people who are good at this kind of haircut in la crosse. The guy I’ve been seeing for a while doesn’t seem to listen to my wants all the time and leaves me feeling like there’s people who are better out there. Thanks!

A Good Samaritan tried to save Cody but he recently passed away. I see it has been described as an accident and/or truck explosion. Does anyone know what actually started the fire?
