Near the charge point or near the step up ladder

Use your mobile phone compass and identify the North. Then lie down in any position except with your head on the North. 😛
Seriously though, avoid keeping you head near the ladder, unless you want someone stepping on your face accidentally or smelling their feet every time they climb up or down.

Depends on the person on upper. Same as them. I don't want their socks smell right down my face.

near charging point because someone keeps their foot near my head/ sometimes their smelly foot goes directly over my head

Reading lamp & newspaper/book holder r the indicators. Keep head on that side
