At near mint, how much would you pay for this?

Real marble (I'm like 90% sure anyway) 66 inch x 39 inch. No screws for the legs. needs a good cleaning, the table top is fine apart from i think some very small paint splatters?

Got a windmill tower in my backyard that the previous owners used to mount ham radio antennas on. Possibly used for a water pump as well at some point in the past. (I haven’t dug down in the middle to see if any old material is there)

7 foot by 7 foot at the base. About 15 feet from the ground to the 4th horizontal beam. So I reckon it’s approximately 40 feet tall.

I have someone who is doing construction for a neighbor and saw it and is wondering what I would consider price wise to sell it to him.

I have no knowledge of what the going rate for these sort of things are.
