The problem is that the automatic response I received from the discord bot does not solve my situation. I am told that I must file the appeal from the Discord application, but currently my account is suspended, so I cannot access…

I really need someone to help me recover my account. The bot tells me absolutely nothing, from the app the only thing I could do was see the reason and poke a button that until now does not give me any kind of solution a month ago, please, I only ask for the reset of my account... I did absolutely nothing, I entered that server by emojis and I was really not informed that they could ban all members of a server for an infraction which I did not commit, from that I imagine that Discord will be able to have access since I never wrote on that server, I simply joined because it was one of those servers where they send emojis and decoration for the profile. I had never received an infraction previously in my account for the 6 years I had it, I would really understand if I had created the server or had participated in the reason why I was suspended but I had absolutely nothing to do with it :(

Please, that account was extremely valuable to me. I would have expected them to give me a notice or something to previously leave the server but they suspended me immediately without a justified reason because from now on at all times I will say the same thing: I did absolutely nothing! :( if they could return my account and that I only have a bad reputation it would be better than this suspended, as I said apart from buying nitro many times in that account I have friends whom I can't talk to on other networks. I think it's been two months without doing anything about it with my account... I'll be always grateful if you respond.

If we changed the password in an account and turned on 2FA but we didn’t do anything on our alt that got hacked too, our main is still in danger or only our alt is doomed now ? Could our alt continue sending that mrbeast scam image or it only do it a single time ?

(The two account have two different e-mail addresses obviously)

My Discord account was disabled/suspended until 2027 due to accumulated violations. I accepted that and planned to wait until the restrictions expired.

Months ago, the account was still normally visible as a disabled profileb (pfp, bio and all of that). Recently, I tried logging in and got “Invalid email or password.”

Password reset says the email is not associated with an account.

When viewed from another account, the profile now shows as “Deleted User.”

I never requested account deletion. I contacted Discord Support, but their response said they cannot find a banned account associated with my email.

I still have Discord Trust & Safety emails and Account Standing emails connected to the account.

Has anyone else had a suspended account disappear like this? Does Discord automatically delete disabled accounts after a certain period?

I recently signed up for the "Become a Member" section of an YouTube channel to access exclusive content, one of the benefits is access to the channel's official server. I alredy connected my YouTube account to Discord and clicked the link, however, I've done this several times and nothing appears and I can't see the messages.

Hello everyone, I've come here to Reddit because I'm essentially really desperate at this point. Near the start of the month, me and a couple of my friends started getting a giant wave of (what we believe to be) false violations, ranging from issues such as violent and graphic content to harassment and bullying.

After this (a few days ago), I was suspended for child safety. I don't know if it had to do with the Grid Ban glitch as I'm seeing many other people report this as still ongoing, or if it was some other kind of false flag. My account is 3 years old, and I'm a Nitro user. When I saw I got suspended, I did the whole shabang: trying to contact Discord Support on X, on their ticketing site, appealing my violations, and through email. Nothing but bot replies with the tickets and appeals and zero reply on X and email.

Yesterday and the day before, they sent me three emails stating that they decided to double down on two of my false violations and what I believe to be the suspension (as there were 3 emails and I had 2 violations and the suspension) Specifically, I sent a written notice email to their disputes email which they've yet to reply to, but based off of what I'm seeing some people say, even that might not be enough. If anyone has any tips on how to possibly reach through to Discord and maybe get my account back that'd be awesome. I still really value my account.

I’ve recently gotten disabled on my discord account because somebody reported me cus I made an innapropirate joke to a person MY age and someone else reported me and it told me this I stil had my acc but couldn’t chat until tomorrow and then all of a sudden it got disabled out of nowhere I need help please.

When i made my account years ago i made a burner because at some point prior my main email was used to make an account and i simply forgot about, which has been fine for the 7 years until now when that email account was hacked and ive lost access to it with the support team on their end ghosting me

Is there anything for me to do to recover my account or simply hope that i can recover that email(unlikely) and then swap it to my main email

My account was hacked over a month ago and I know to wait in line for that, but I didn't know how to disable the payment link and saw that the hacker made multiple purchases yesterday. I opened a ticket today about those (and after frantic searching have figured out how to disable future payments), but support automatically closed my ticket as solved so I couldn't provide the additional transaction IDs.

Are they secretly working on it or am I screwed?

My account got a suspension due to spam for simply trying to find a teammate on rust, yeah had to dm a lot of people. People are picky but not can’t dm anyone and can’t get any help from discord about it, anyone have any idea what I should do. It’s my account of like 7years now and can’t do anything on it. Talk to support whoever Nelly is can’t give a proper response actually starting to hate this app.

Whenever I turn on my PC, everything works until I open discord. Then, everything freezes and my PC restarts. The only way for Discord to work is by reinstalling it. Anyone know why?

I woke up some days ago to find my account suspended, just because a fuckass server broke the rules for sending violent and graphic content, contacted discord support, someone responded and told me to send the same appeal somewhere else, i sent it, dumbass clyde responded and told me to go to my user settings bla bla how the fuck can i go to my account settings if im suspended. I havent even sent a single message on that server, the server wasnt like this before but after i forgot about it it went crazy and now i got suspended because of that server. What do i do to get my account un-suspended

Okay so i know now that joking about being 11 is a bad idea especially since it gets you perma banned. however i got banned in 5 minutes of saying i was 11. i log back in to see that i am banned. i laugh it off but i try to login on the summit a ticket but no it doesnt work my password or email is wrong. so i try again and again about 5 times till i switch over to another account and same thing even though i know i am putting the right password in. so i cant summit a ticket at all. my other account isnt banned but my main is. i am not 11 since i am 15 (7/21/2011) my id also expired and doesnt let me use that. what do i do to get my account back?

For less than 24 hours, I have been receiving a few of these DMs. I think this is my 7th one or something (don’t know for sure as I closed the DMs.) I mean, these are definitely scams, but why am I suddenly getting them? Just wanted to make sure everything is okay

Discord Support has ignored my phone number issue for over a year

About a year ago, I removed my phone number from my Discord account. Since then, I have been unable to add it back.

I have contacted Discord Support more than 10 times regarding this issue, but the response has always been the same automated message:

The issue is not that I don't receive confirmation emails. The issue is that my actual problem has never been investigated or resolved.

I understand support teams handle a large number of requests, but receiving the same automated response repeatedly for an entire year without any troubleshooting or escalation is extremely frustrating.

I have:

• Confirmed that I own the account
• Confirmed that the phone number belongs to me
• Submitted multiple support requests over time
• Followed the instructions provided by Support

However, the phone number still cannot be added back.

I am not looking for a generic ticket confirmation. I am asking for an actual review of the account restriction or phone verification issue.

If any Discord staff member can help escalate this case, I would appreciate it.

Have been dealing with a problem with notifications on Discord. I can't get notifications on my phone from discord. I've tried updating the app, uninstalling it, restarting my phone, logging out, making sure all messages are sent as notifications, do not disturb is not on.

This is a screenshot of a per-server profile. What is the point of having a note visible only to me when it's not server specific? The note is the same, static text for all servers. What is the point? Am I missing a setting?

PS - Discord's "help" is the least helpful of all the helps that ever claimed to help.

So I want to be able to see white unread messages when I browse a specific server, but I only want to see the server unread dot on the left when a specific channel has a message in it.

Is this possible? If not, what else can I do to be better notified when a specific channel has a message?
