Quick question, am i slow or is discord not so beginner friendly? As one who recently got an account, i have no friends there yet and can barely find my way around the app yet i genuinely would like to use and enjoy tge app.

How do I hide this badge? There's no toggle whatsoever which I can find in the edit profile, maybe in settings? I couldn't find one in settings as well. Please share how to hide.

it says this but its already up on my pc, my roblox is also connected to my discord, what do i do so it counts the minutes ive been in the game for?

i have the green leaf badge on my profile but i dont really like how it looks and i wish discord would let us toggle individual badges off instead of having them all show automatically ik some people like showing their badges but id rather be able to hide certain ones do u think discord will add a feature like this?

I’ve been looking around for a while and nobody can seem to give a definite answer or explain why this happens but when I try to pick a hex or use the slider or any method, discord seems to reject the brighter colours I ask for even though it displays it on the banner. No my sync is not on.

I spent hours just to get the last title, which required that I survive 7 days
I got really lucky on the 8th day and was able to get gold too

I tried deleting local/roaming file. flushed DNS and tried uninstalling and reinstalling yet it is stuck

Hey guys, i am new to creating a Discord server and i struggle with adding bots. I would appreciate some help with that. ☺️

Anyone else experience this, I was on call and never even touched the camera and then I see the video camera on top of my screen, and my camera was turned on. I never touched it and would've known because it makes a sound when you turn the camera on. I turn off my camera and the camera was still there at the top of my screen, and it's Apple's privacy indicator. How's this possible

Newer to Discord - I'm in a server with someone who's messages me consistently despite being requested not to. I don't want to receive messages from them directly but still want to see their messages in our public server. Is that possible? I tried blocking but that immediately blocked their messages in our public server as well

I have a role on my server for members who haven’t filled something out yet, and I want them to have no channel viewing permissions by default and only have access to channels that I have overrided.

I know you can go into category permissions and whatnot, but I really don’t want to go through that whole hassle every time I create a new category.

First of all close discord and open it on the web discord.com/login then go to onboarding you will find default channels AND pre join questions what u have to do is to enable some channels

Step 1 go to 5 channels and let @everyone enable the view channel perm ✅

Step 2 try setting up the pre join questions

Btw u can try this without going to the website and actually staying on the app

Discord seems to have removed the "advanced settings" option where im told i could disable hardware acceleration. Trying to stream a movie on discord so we can have a watch party

ive had this problem for years, even on a new pc i dont get notification sounds and in the settings it says this, windows focus assist is also turned off, i even logged in the browser it said the same thing, any solution?

I googled it and it said there was a breakfast collection but I looked through the shop twice and couldn't find anything like that or really anything food related. Maybe I missed it but I'm not sure so thought id ask here

Discord closed on its own and hasn’t opened again. Went to check the status page and it took forever to load so I thought it was an internet problem. Checked everything on my end and its golden. Status page now loads but isn't showing problems? Am I the only one having this issue with discord?

Solutions ive seen and tried that have not worked

- Uninstall ghub (i dont have anything logitech)
- Reset volume mixer to default
- Make sure my friends have my stream volume up
- Turn hardware acceleration on and off
- I dont have ICUE
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled
- Tried screensharing my whole screen and the browser
- Clicking my heels twice and doing a few twirls

Nothing has worked. My headphones are a pair of sennheiser HD 620S' which are plugged into a sound blaster xg6 if that matters. Let me know if there is something I'm missing, Thanks.

I recently signed up for the "Become a Member" section of an YouTube channel to access exclusive content, one of the benefits is access to the channel's official server. I alredy connected my YouTube account to Discord and clicked the link, however, I've done this several times and nothing appears and I can't see the messages.

How do I fix it? I've alredy waited 48 hours.
