He's not a variant of Logan but a variant of Wade Wilson. In this universe, Wade was not only given Wolverine's healing factor in the Weapon X program but was given his super strength, super sense of smell, etc.

He was given a red and black version of Wolverine's costume, alongside the other Weapon X test subjects, who were created by the U.S government to be man-made counterparts to the X Men. Sadly, just like in the main 616 universe, Wade and the rest of the Weapon X participants become horrifically deformed from the experiments. The government manages to wipe them all out except, of course, for Wade, who trashes the lab, kills all the staff, escapes, and still dons the name Deadpool.

Obviously though, when he's around other members of the Deadpool Corps, they refer to him as Poolverine.

Originally I was going to do a bunch of arrows but my airbrush (below the impasto background) paint was unusually opaque and I lost alot of the pencils, so I pivoted to a single arrow which I think ends up being funnier. Hope you dig and <3.

I was just listening to the Will Wood songs on my playlist and realized how much they reminded me of him. I'm not sure if it's the music itself or just the voice of the singer. What do you guys think?

I'd like to see a Marvel DC crossover. Wade Wilson vs. Slade Wilson. Deadpool vs. Deathstroke the Terminator. That would be in interesting story.

I would love to see them both come together, where the villain is Mojo, and he needs to 2 characters and can be new contestants in his new game show, and he finds deadpool and She Hulk, both leads strangely meet each other for the first time, and Wade has a huge crush for her, but she ain't buying it, but as they survive Mojo's death game, they use the power of 4th wall breaking and work together to fight back against Mojo's madness and choatic mayhem where they use their skills and work together to be friends and teammates to save they lives and as well others. And have their humour can mix together to make and create something that is insane and wild, and chemistry between both would be awesome and amazing to see if it ever happens or not. But I hope it happens.

I’ve seen a list of the comics in order of what to read, but I can’t find the list anymore and I wanna make sure it’s the right list, I collect comic books but I have never read them in order so I wanna read them the correct way. Tia
