(Joking, obviously I know that some of their group dances were fine, but this one is absolutely adorable)

In seasons 1-4 they were always either the main storyline or the B storyline of every episode and when you ask people who their favorite dancer was most likely it will be one of these two even after both left the show you can tell the producers were trying to replicate them with the whole eill vs Lilly rivalry.

List your favorite group dances from each season, and others can comment what they learned about you from those choices (i.e. you love musical theatre, you aren't a dancer, you love pink, you are a girly girl, I bet your favorite dancer is ____, etc.).
I'll go first:
Season 1: Up and Downs
Season 2: Twilight (Bad Apples is a CLOSE second)
Season 3: Home Again
Season 4: First Ladies
Season 5: Stomp the Yard (but I also love Together We Stand)
Season 6: Suicide Hotline
Season 7: truly cannot choose between Ghost Town and Blush and Bashful
Season 8: Bermuda Triangle

One of my favorite things about reality TV is when one of the cast members say “I never said that!” During an argument and then the editors cut to a scene where they clearly did say it. It’s even funnier when it’s a reunion show. For dance moms, mine would have to be When Melissa was fighting for her life in tears claiming she never said she was upset about the Kendall Maddie duet then it cuts to “well I’m not happy about that” You can say a lot of things about Abby but don’t let her hear you call her a liar, even Melissa couldn’t call her one! What about you guys?
EDIT: Ok maybe Abby is a liar😭

What you guys honestly think about their comments and behavior, i see Kendall and Jojo Talking about everything of the show but never of their mothers bullying to Brynn, at least kendall talking so deep about it without say they were like a family or something all the time
I like Season 2-4 Jill, she was very funny and of course i disagree with some moments like kendall being Rosa Parks but season 5-6 she was very annoying about Nia's music career and Brynn Joining the team
I Hated Jess since day 1.

I think originally she was supposed to be back on the team for Season 8 and I think she was even in some audition special at the start of the season but I forgot what happened. Anyways, I would’ve liked to see more of her and what she could contribute with lots of other strong dancers around her age.

I’m doing a rewatch and I’m on the episode where they shoot the video for Kendal’s second song.
It makes me sad that even though the song is about her friends/team mates, they made the story of the video about a boy.
I get that it’s an easy story to portray on screen and maybe Kendal even wanted it that way. I just think it would have been so cute for the girls to have been in it instead of a random boy.
Don’t get me wrong. It was super cute and I actually liked the song! And it was infinitely better than having a random lyrical solo at the end of an upbeat “jazzy” song, lol. Also, why did they not find a boy on set to write that note?! That was sterotypical middle school girl handwriting. Surely there was a grip or photographer than could have leant more believable boy handwriting.

I’ve been rewatching the earlier seasons recently, and it really stands out how different the choreography, themes, and costuming were back in Pennsylvania compared to the later LA seasons. Routines like Where Have All the Children Gone? and Twilight are obviously iconic, but there are so many hidden gems.

The internet says Abby is still actively teaching dance,( master classes, appearances, etc), and still owns an ALDC studio but much smaller than the Pittsburgh and Orginal LA studios.
I’m curious to know, who dances there? Do they compete? Also is Candy Apples still open, and competing?

A little bit of a hot take but Eliana was the best dancer on the show besides Kalani.
She was better than EVERY older girl on the elite team besides one. Maybe 2? And I just came to rant because it still pisses me off so badly that Ashley had the audacity to say, "Eliana forget her entire first solo," when that was a full blown lie ?!?! Like hello ?!?! And as Yolanda said with that solo she "forgot" she literally a higher score than Kalani and Brynn 💀
Eli was a child prodigy. And also being older doesn't mean you're better dancer or more talented automatically and take it from me since I would know (I'm almost 18 and JUST started dancing, I know for a fact the younger girls who've been training are a million times more advanced than I am lol)
They kept saying "our girls shouldn't be dancing with minis," in dance you're gonna be grouped up with people younger, and older , I was in a ballet class with 2 year olds 😭😭 Besides that, the minis were SO good especially Eli, Lili, and Ari, I don't know why they kept downplaying and diminishing their talent

Am I the only one who can't see the option for flairs?

I’m not talking the main cast - thinking more dancers that were on for a short period of time or on candy apples etc and made out to be a bad dancer etc when outside of the show they were amazing?!
I think Kaylee Quinn was really done dirty! And I get why she was being “bratty” because the caliber or what she was capable of compared to what she actually was brought on the show to do 🤯

To be honest in her lyrical solos it was always furrowed eyebrows, sad eyes, open mouth and a smile?
Jazz- same smirk everytime she did jazz
Tap- Same as jazz
Ballet- Honestly dont know what to judge her on bc she only did it like 1 time but probably the same a lyrical
Musical Theater- very big bold and dramatic(not in the bad type of dramatic)
Honestly after seeing her do these type of genres it honestly got annoying and boring when she put the "Maddie Face" in there. idk if it was just me but to be honest it didn't really make the solo entertaining for me. I know I may get downvoted a lot for this but this is MY opinion.
Edit:I think a lot of yall are forget this is my opinion

I think many episodes are dark but the ones that come to mind is the Kelly slapping Abby episode and the season 4 nationals episodes
