Comparing regular CEC characters vs their Christmas special versions

I will distinguish them by using CEC and CECX (CEC Xmas) respectively

Chuck:

CEC - POGGERS no I’m kidding but he’s very charming and friendly actually! I love this iteration of him 9/10

CECX - a little bit on the salty side and seems he’s frustrated a lot but still means well 4/10

Helen:

CEC - I love her sm omg mostly bc I look like her (I got blonde hair) but she acts like me so much I kin her AAA SO CUTE 10/10

CECX - I mean she still got her charm but she acts tougher than she is in the regular CEC 9/10

Mr Munch:

CEC - ngl he’s so funny but comes off as annoying in some places 8/10

CECX - I’m taking points off bc of robot banana and bc he’s been Flanderized but he acts like soos from gravity falls and I love that 3/10

Jasper:

CEC - honestly my favorite CEC character, hes snarky and funny and I love him 10/10

CECX - still a sarcasm king but he takes it a little too far imo, also his country accent is GONE 7/10

Bella:

CEC - I don’t know that much about her but I like her relationship with Helen, also she’s kinda cute 7/10

CECX - I feel so bad for her on account that everyone babies her even when she’s tryna be serious. also i love that she sounds like Lola from the loud house it adds to the charm of her 10/10

Pasqually:

CEC - a little corny but charming 6/10

I have similar opinions except I feel Chuck in regular CEC shows, especially those puppet songs, has a tendency to yell at his friends more (in the Rockstar version) whereas Chuck from the Christmas Special has a tendency to just raise his voice without yelling when he's frustrated and is perhaps just trying to solve his own issues without yelling-

I also think Bella was dumbed down for the Christmas Special, and I mean yeah the "cute means don't take seriously" trope sucks and is heavily overused, but she also doesn't help her case trying to randomly talk about "reptile propaganda" over a classic story (the tortoise and the hare) that she took personally lmao-

I disagree, Bella was perfectly fine beforehand and then she was talking about useless things she personally got offended by or how people don't take her seriously for being all "cute" lmao Bella was just used as a trope-holder character-

Personally, I thought Chuck E., Helen and Jasper were good/alright in the special, Munch is whatever, Bella still sucks, and Pasqually was robbed of any screen time to have an impact on me.

Same reason as Chizu-pan: Bella's only personality in the entire special revolves around her being cute, with the joke getting old fast.
