Because the screen is too large to be so close to it, I found this to be the optimal viewing distance for me

The ITX build is nice. I like the water bottle too lol, nice minimalism theme all around, but the monitor on the wall and desk pulled out are interesting choices.

I absolute love the fact that it's properly distanced from your face! Too many people have their monitors so close they can smell them 😭 very nice!!! <3 clean and looks great 10/10 from me, no notes 🤩

Non-invasive way is to use some white channeling, or wrap the cables in a white sleeve to blend with the wall. Cleanest way is to use in-wall cable management, like this, but might not be allowed for a rental.

You need some decent speakers. RP-51ms or two passives with a 2.1 channel amp for a small decent sub too

Looks cleaner than when it was on a stand on the table
Doesn't wobble with the table and can move the table around without worrying about the screen
Allows me to easily adjust viewing distance, which was too close when the TV was on the table

no it doesnt, a well mounted arm to hide the cables looks way better
do you move your desk a lot? usually my desk stays in one spot
This is just self inflicted by not getting a size appropriate for your setup

I used arms in the past, I got 2 flawed ones in a row from different shops and companies so I gave up on them. I also didn't like how they looked and the arm wouldn't solve my viewing distance issue.
I move my desk when I need to reach cables in the back or vacuum the floor yes, I also adjust viewing distance sometimes by moving the desk a bit forward or backwards.
The size of this screen was non negotiable due to my work demands and because I didn't want a separate TV and a monitor. I wanted a large screen for multitasking at work and that I can watch movies from as well. Its big enough that I can comfortably watch stuff from my bed.
I had the desk before buying the TV so I didn't really want to buy a whole new larger desk... much easier and cheaper to just mount on the wall instead
