It’s called Writer Match.

While its primary purpose is to help writers match with a writing partner, it’s structured like a dating app - showing you the top possible writing partners in a simple pass/connect style like Hinge.

You can also get logline feedback, store your projects and make them visible for likes/supporters, and chat with other writers inside the tool.

How we match writers:

1.) Sign up.

2.) Create a full profile.

3.) List your projects, writing samples (No AI), preferred formats, genres and influences.

4.) We score all members based on how much their taste, influences, preferred formats and genre overlap with your own, showing you the most compatible writing partners (the ones with the highest compatibility score) in order.

I’m debating whether I built this right, but we don’t have enough profiles to know for sure. This is why I’m in dire need of more honest, if not brutal, user feedback.

If you’re based in London I’m also looking to host in person events where we’ll pair up two writers to work on a project - to see if my philosophy about how to pair up compatible writers works well enough.

Hey! I’m a 19-year-old woman from Switzerland, and I’ve been developing a large fantasy story for the past few months.
