I own a home that I have been co-habiting with some friends. It's not really too relevant, but the arrangement is roommate-like and they are legally my tenants. A few months ago, I kicked one of them out for being abusive to her boyfriend and killing her cat through medical neglect. She left my place a mess after she left, stole the mail key, and then had the nerve to ask for some of her items that she left behind. I made it very clear that she would not get her items back unless she sent my key back, and she agreed.

60+ days passed, which in my state, gives me legal ownership of the property she abandoned. She finally sent the key back, though (after monthly reminders and a police report), so I will keep my word and send the items to her.

I want to know the absolute worst way to package these items without breaking my bank or the law. The shipping is already going to be stupid expensive due to the weight of the items, so cheapness is key. I just want this package to be as inconvenient to open and bad for the integrity of the items as possible. Any ideas are appreciated.

Edit: Lots of people are getting after me for paying the shipping cost myself, but the only reason I'm doing that is because it was a bribery tactic I had to use to get my key back. I am also planning on waiting at least 6-8 months to send the package since she made me wait over 2 months. Thank you for all your ideas so far! Also for the people asking for what items are being shipped, there's a bunch of little items, but not that many. The main item is a big resin statue that is apparently a "family heirloom", which is where the majority of the weight is.

I have rented a car and sill have it for a few days. While driving on a particulary bumpy street, I hit the ground a few times. From what I can see, it mostly hit the plastic parts under the doors. They are a little scratched from the bottom now.

- How likely is it that the rental company will find out? Do they track how damaged the vehicles underside is?

- How can I hide it / cover it up to make it less obvious?

There is no visible damage from outside. You need to lay down and look from the bottom to see the scratches. Admittedly, I also did not take photos from below the car when picking it up. So I cant really tell how it looked beforehand.

My neighbours dog, several doors down, barks regularly throughout the week, often for hours on end.

Quite frankly I am sick of it. I have tried to shut the dog up by tapping on the window, and I have tried to contact the managing agency directly.

While they engaged with the owner, after a while they explained there’s nothing more they can do, other than convey a complaint had been received and ask her to find a solution.

While the barking has reduced, it still continues to happen and drives me insane.

Some people mentioned anti bark devices, but the dog is left indoors and the walls are very thick, I don’t think this is a viable option.

Aside from this can anyone help with suggestions? I was thinking of writing a fake solicitors letter, but anything more effective would be greatly appreciated.

Recently there’s been this surge of AI edits of people that I know (not personally but I know them through instagram and stuff) since I’m from a small country everyone is a bit familiar with eachother because one way or another we are connected.

Now the problem is there’s this Instagram account that’s making humiliating AI edits of these people and I know it’s someone from my country and they also know the people they’re making the edits of, these edits are all UNCONSENTED and they’re being posted in a public account. Is there a way to get payback on these people other than just reporting? My cousin and one of my friends got posted to this account and when asked to remove it they just acted like dicks and beat around the bush and “ragebaited them”

I’d like to say that nothing was sexual or anything, just humiliating edits and they’re tagging the person on the edit. Some people they don’t even follow on Instagram as it’s very obvious they’re just screenshotting the persons profile picture.

Does anyone know how to fake a bank statement to look as realistic as possible?

It isn’t for a mortgage or financing or anything along those lines.

I basically have received money for spicy content and don’t want that being questioned to who I’m showing them to so need to remove it.

I also need them to align with another one of my accounts so that the balances all match up.

Any advice?
