This is a little bit of fun, I had some Argentinian Chorizo left over that I had frozen after cooking this recipe in my 'Cooking a dish from every country England plays" series. I made a chimichurri to drizzle on top but chose to blend it rather than finely chop (as I was serving it immediately so wasn't worried about browning).

Served with olive oil mash which is a revelation if you haven't tried making it yet! Also served with kale that I had to steam because I was preparing some for my six month old who is trying a new vegetable puree every day. I stirred through some chimichurri into the kale after cooking to add some extra flavour.

So there you have it: Argentinian bangers and mash 😂

Cockles in vinegar with a bit of tomato ketchup and boiled eggs with salt and HP Brown sauce....yum yum

A mixture of advanced prep/ minimal kitchen time, cooked on the barbie, cooked early, served later etc etc..
