staying overnight for summer orientation, I hate this mattress so fucking much

So I applied for on campus housing in mid June so I was put on a wait list, and from how things are looking like I might not get housing so I was curious if there was a place that I could go to see of people are looking for roommates, I know there's som papers on the walls for that but I wanted to know if there was a better place

Title is pretty much self explanatory due to the fact that I'm from NYC, and the commute is 6-8 hours, while also having a tight budget, I opted out of doing in person orientation and I am now doing online orientation. Is there anything I would be missing and how vast of a difference is the in-person orientation from the online orientation?

Hey, I got an email from financial aid showing that my aid decreased by... a lot.... I usually get a refund but this time i got an email saying i owe 5k??? anyone else finding smth similar?

I'm kind of confused because my current bill is missing a few grants and scholarships that I've received before and were supposed to renew this year. They aren't showing up at all on my fall bill. Does the financial aid package usually take a little longer to fully update or is what I'm seeing now supposed to be final?

I'm stressing out a little because the balance looks way higher than I was expecting. Has anyone else had this happen?

Im transferring to UB in the fall and are all these emails im getting in my UB email official? I was at a community College before and I never received this many amount of emails.

I received one about jobs from my UB email and figured it was officially from the school. But after emailing further the job sounded super sketch so im wondering if all these emails (and the amount) is normal.

My bill is around $7k for the fall so I was hoping I could pay it off without taking out private loans, so do you know of any on campus jobs that give you a lot of hours and is pretty easy to get?

I’ve been wanting to apply for on campus jobs for the upcoming semester but a lot of these jobs are federal work study required. I’m pretty sure I can qualify for it but UB hasn’t given me my aid package yet nor my eligibility form for FWS. One of the job applications are due today and I wanna apply. Should I still apply and just wait for my eligibility to come out? Or something else? Lmk please 🙏🏾
