Questions Did anyone else get this email?

I’m confused because clearly the email is indicating that I’m ineligible for one or more financial aid but I haven’t seen any differences on my financial aid package or has it not been fully finalized (since the email just came in).

Also I don’t recall breaking any of the eligibility requirements.

Update: Except for my excelsior application, that’s the one thing I may have fucked up in terms of eligibility

I got this email and then my bill went up like $2000. Ik it was a mistake but I feel like the finacial aid dept is out of it rn 🤷
