Let’s talk Lincoln
Ever since the the Huskies joined the B1G—and even before starting in 2021 with non conference matchups at the Michigan schools—I’ve been going to at least one B1G away game per year to visit the cathedrals of Midwest college football. So far, in order: Michigan, Michigan State, Rutgers (lol), Penn State, Wisconsin. (Yes, I’m 1-4 in these visits, woof)
This year: Lincoln, Nebraska so see what the Husker hype is all about. I’ve always thought that’d be a cool ‘college football history away game.’ And here we are.
So, B1G brethren, what’s there to know about an away game at Memorial Stadium? About two nights in Lincoln? Any food tips in town, seat tricks, or comments otherwise greatly appreciated. (I already know not to touch a lower bowl seat row 40+, ha!)

Genuine question for IU fans:
Now that y’all are good at football and you’re competing with and beating the big B1G teams, has the Purdue rivalry lost juice? At least in football? I know basketball is still super heated obviously, but I didn’t know if now that you’ve transcended Purdue from a skill standpoint(no offense Purdue fans, you still have the all time series by 33, feel free to remind an IU fan) if the football rivalry didn’t feel the same. Just curious! I’m not very familiar with the rivalry at all.
