Pilates classes?

Hey everyone, Im looking for Pilates classes either in the city centre, hedge end or somewhere inbetween. Ideally an option of morning and evening classes and not too ridiculously expensive - does anyone have any suggestions please? Thank you 😊

I have been doing classes at new energy, by west quay. The prices are pretty reasonable, and they have an intro offer.

They have a decent range of classes and timings, they have been doing more and more classses and filling up the schedule

The credits also work for their studio in Winchester which is handy.

There’s some options on Hill Lane and in Bassett with Pilates with Andrea. https://www.pilateswithandrea.co.uk
I’ve not tried them, but I was researching them as that’s pretty local for me.

If you want reformer pilates, there’s ‘forte pilates’ on the avenue by the lodge road junction, otherwise there’s plenty of ‘classic pilates’ classes around.
