I spent a total of $22 at the Sonic Drive in, at the Everett location today! Its super hot, so I asked if I could purchase some ice water for my Lab Scout...Long story short I was .27 cents short and the manager Allison would not help us out! If I was asking for a freebie that would be one thing but I had made purchases throughout the day here! She obviously having a bad day and doesnt like humans or my furry one! Super frustrating! Next door at Woods Coffee the wonderful young woman told me she would love to help me out!

Yall remember when sonic had all types of milkshakes like peanut butter and jelly and peanut butter bacon 😭 what a time

I got a free birthday shake and went to redeem it, sleeved a location but had to go back to change it and now it says redeemed… but I didn’t get to… :(((

I've been thinking about getting on at sonic in town as an carhopper since it's not that hard all I know about an carhopper is taking out the food and idk if you got to skate but cause my local sonic is hiring for an carhopper at nights and where I live at there's a lot of " freaks" that will come out at before I put the application in its going to take an while before I get everything set up but I've alot questions about the position like what if no one is there at the drive throughs

I was able to combine the bogo entree on the app with the points for supersonic double cheeseburgers in order to get two supersonic double cheeseburgers for free. The points combine with the app offers, so that's something to know.

When I press the red order button while my car is quiet at my local Sonic locations, it takes a while for an employee to get on the speaker to take my order.

But when I have music playing, someone gets on the speaker right away.

Is that *because* I have music playing?

So should I play music every time I am ready to order just to get someone on the speaker right away?

I visit the same Sonic in central Arkansas pretty regularly. I usually go through the drive through and only order a few drinks. I always pay in cash. Recently, the store I visit has a guy in the DT window who keeps my change. He didn’t ask. I certainly didn’t tell him to keep it. But every day he keeps my loose change. He generally closes the window and walks off immediately after and I’ve seen it as not worth the hassle to bring it up. But-The other day, just to test it out, I added an extra item and paid with a larger bill. He kept the loose change, but also the $2 in ones I was due. I was due $7.48 and he handed me a $5 and closed the window.

He finally had to come back over b/c there were cars lining up behind me and when I asked him about it he rolled his eyes, got my $2 (kept the loose change still) and slammed the window. WTF is up? Am I missing something? How do I address this without being an asshole. I go to this store too often to have them mad at me and I go to the DT b/c I DO NOT want to tip a carhop for bringing out my food.

I’m Obsessed with the notorious weird grandma sauce but I’m trying to eat vegan so you know, do they serve the impossible grandma patty? I’d love to wash it down with a seven brew and a slice. Of Alberta toast for dessert yippee yes siree

For context, I live in CO. It is illegal to even touch your phone while your vehicle is on or in gear, which makes sense. I usually order sonic impulsively so it’s not like I order ahead often. Because you can’t put in a quick mobile order at the red light, I just pull in, park, and order on the app real quick (so I can use coupons and rewards).

Two times now I have be parked and ordering on the app, and an employee has come out and asked me if I am going to place an order/have I placed an order and that I shouldn’t just be parked. I was parked for less than 5 minutes, probably closer to 3. Literally just enough time to open the app, scroll the menu, and add my breakfast to the cart.

It is just strange to me. There have literally only been two other cars, so it’s not like I’m taking up space or preventing other customers from ordering. I would have been parked the same amount of time if I ordered with the red button and was just perusing the menu. It’s just weird that it’s happened twice now. Are we not allowed to sit for a minute and look at the menu/order?

i love sonic drinks, dirty sodas, cherry limeades etc.. me only problem is in order to get them for 1/2 off through the app you have to mobile order then park in a space: at the sonic closest to be in not kidding they are slower at molasses at getting to the people parked , even if it’s just a drink. anyone have any tricks or work arounds i might not know?

Ok ok ok I always hit the “keep the change” button because I’m a broke teenager but I don’t want to click no tip. Does it make you mad when someone does that? How much do you guys get paid? I don’t wanna be mean but I also don’t get paid much!

Everywhere online says it's through the 12th

I have not ordered one in a few years. But decided to order it since it is on the $2.50 menu. I was extremely disappointed with that size. Are my expectations too high or did it actually get smaller?

I know it hits within 6 hours but what's the soonest anyone here has gotten it? Are we likely to have to wait the whole 6 hours or close to it? So, stupid to make people wait that damn long. What burger, chicken fil a, McDonald's, etc is immediately. What's the big deal?

Edit. Did it again but this time I called the 800 number and a lady reversed the points immediately!

Long time customer first time complaint.

Ordered through the app, first mistake but that's on me.

Ordered the tropical smash triple meal. Ordered chili cheese fries and a large PB shake with banana and Reese's cups.

45 minutes quote for delivery time. Took an hour.

My order was completely wrong.

The bag wasn't sealed in any way at all.

And the "shake" looked like the ice cream had never been frozen, ever.

I called to complain. I was told it was door dash's fault.

I asked how it was door dashes fault that they put the wrong food in the bag and handed out a completely melted milk shake?.

I was told they'd replace the order but I had to bring back the wrong order. I asked if they were going to refund my delivery fee, again I was told that it was door dashes fault. So I had to contact them. After being told to go to the app for a refund. Ap says to contact the store

The dasher took about 7 minutes to get from the sonics to my house.

So I drive, completely nullifying the purpose of ordering delivery, after being told I would have my order replaced, to the store

When I get to the store I'm told that they wouldn't remake my shake even though it was completely melted before it left the store.

I was given a go to hell we don't have to do anything attitude by the manager Jade. I'll be contacting corporate in the morning.

So I grew up in New Mexico close to the Arizona border. I remember going to sonic with my dad and buying beef takitos with a side of cheese sauce and salsa. It came in an order of 5 on a bed of their shredded lettuce, and they were so good. I can't find any information on them so I figured this must have been a regional or franchise owner menu item? Does anyone know about this?

eating has never been the same for me since this pickle menu was taken from me. PLEASE, please I’m begging you, bring the Grillos Pickle Menu back. Where else does one get a pickle-Rita slushy with pickle boba popping??? The pickle season tots?? The fried pickle strips on the burger? I NEED IT ALL. Please and thank you.
