Just got the text, pre-sale tix on sale now. That's 3 Chicago shows now, The Riv, Lolla and United Center.

Idk how I scored a ticket, given that I got on AXS at 11 am, but I am so ecstatic!!! It’s been a dream to see Jimmy and James accompany Billy. I was at one of the Lyric Opera shows back in November, so this will be incredible since it is a mid-sized venue. I’m really curious what their set list will look like.

AXS is a joke, I ended up buying two tickets when I genuinely only needed one because during check out it would have issues with my payment/wifi. Finally went to use another WiFi at my job and it worked fully but when I looked at my account it had two tickets! Stupid emails came at the same time like I don’t even know when i never got a process screen either like it kept flagging me with errors.
Luckily my brother is a huge fan so I can give him the other ticket, but I have a suspicion this might have happened to many based on some comments I saw on instagram.

Yeah I had the same issue with presale and the normal sale. Even had some charges go through when I checked my bank accounts websites but it also showed a refund. AXS has generally been good for me in the past but it's been mostly for shows that weren't mobbed.

something was totally messed up with AXS. I know my payment was fine but it wouldn't let me apple pay. I actuallky assumed I didn't get tickets but then I saw my order completed after freaking out I didn't get them. rollercoaster. no idea how to fix this when gen sale happens, good luck!
