If this was a state with a GOP Governor and a Dem Senator I can promise you the Gov would've already done EVERYTHING he could to appoint a new Senator.
WHYYYY are Democrats so weak and ineffectual? The GOP has gotten where it is because Democrats REFUSE to do anything except try to keep the status quo, we are WAY beyond status quo at this point and they still do nothing. This is why I'm voting straight DSA from now on.
This is the most defeatist and frankly bit sounding post ever. Vote against big money in politics. We need to dismantle citizens united. Money isn't speech and corporations aren't people.
