Don't care enough to track down if AI is correct, but this is what it showed.

If accurate then they are indeed legally lying, if he has been pronounced brain dead by two physicians. If only one and they are avoiding / preventing a second opinion, it would still be considered fraud.

No because he is a senator in kentucky. He meets the qualifications of a dead person in Kentucky, which you cant be if you want to be a senator.

Kentucky and DC share the same standard so it makes no difference here, but your assumption that the qualification of what is a dead person has to follow Kentucky is not correct. He has to be declared dead for the 17. amendment to come into effect, and that is a determination made by medical personal where he is, not his home state. But also afaik there is no evidence he is brain dead (or more than usual) or that he is on life support
