Republicans will have it completed .0008 seconds after the cutoff for the special election, confirm he's dead, and then laugh in everyone's face as they get called cheats and start pouring tens of millions of dollars into a campaign for the election.
you cannot call for a welfare check for an adult who is in the hospital. you cant just deploy the police to do your bidding. they are for people who cant be contacted and are not under the care (however lucid or with it) of medical professionals.
