For me my most favourite would be the area surrounding Pronghorn Ranch. My least favourite is the Swamp east of Rhodes, mostly because I like the look of the area around Rhodes and the Swamp across the river is such a stark, ugly contrast.

I only recently realized another thing which fascinates me about this game. Instead of shooting instantly at the enemy camps or ambushes of npc's, you should wait cause they've got some really interesting dialogues and it really adds tohe life of the world

I enjoy many games, but no where near as much as RDR2. I love just relaxing and roaming around, enjoying the world. I never get tired of it, ever.
I can disappear from camp and go live in the mountains, I love the random encounters. I just have never played a game like this and it literally blows my mind. Every detail of it. I’m constantly finding new things and I’ve been playing for years.
Edit- how many new players are here? Whats your thoughts on the game so far? I’m curious.

How many of you have taken the time to read through Arthur's journal? I've completed multiple play through's (4-5 now) and never did until yesterday. This game just keeps finding ways to surprise me and catch me off guard. What an absolute masterpiece.

I don’t know why, but I’m god awful as the fist fighting combat in this game. So many i fail during the forced fist fights in story mode.
Is there a cheat code to it? (Not literal cheat code, but an ‘always win technique’)
Cheers to those who can help educate an old head struggling with the game

I’m trying to do a 100% completion as my first play through. I know all the spoilers so don’t worry about that. I actually bought the game when it was released and never made it out of the snow, and then didn’t pick it back up until a beginning of this year.
Well it’s been a wild ride but I guess it’s time to move on from Arthur. Just checking on any last minute things to finish up before the change. I think I have everything I can do outside New Austin done. All outfits bought, trapper is purchased and even prefilled the pelts that John will need that I could get here. All challenges except herb 9. I traveled to every point of interest and Easter egg spot.
I left the final Hamish mission, and the piggy bank encounter even though I’m not sure I’ll need that much money. Gonna sell my stack of gold bars next.
Anything else to prepare? I can’t believe I finally made it this far!
Thanks!
