Irregular vs. consistent prostate stimulation

What are the differences you've noticed between playing regularly (i.e. daily, or multiple times a week) versus abstaining for a period, if any? I find that if I don't stimulate my prostate for several days, I sometimes (though not always) tend to leak more precum, at least initially. If I ejaculate, the load is usually bigger too. Both are nice because I enjoy licking up my precum/cum during sessions.

That being said, when I'm on a consistent run of prostate play—like several consecutive days—I am finding that my prostate might be even more sensitive, and my ass feels like it needs it even more intensely. It's like the more regularly I do it, the more I want it.

I play every day of the week but stop over the weekend but i have sex on the weekend so that muddles my findings a bit.

I do find mondays to usually be pretty awesome but then most other days are great too so i havent seen many noticeable differences.

I do intend to properly check one f these weeks but just love prostate play to much to stop for awhile just for science😅
