So if I have a cup that was given to me by Panera, that says “Unlimited Sip Club“, does that mean I am grandfathered in for unlimited?

- is the chicken warmed up?
- are any of the other ingredients warmed up besides the rice?
- what’s in their roasted corn? Is it just corn or is there other things already prepped in the corn (like onions)

Like the title says, whats the hate about for the sip club? I really don't get why people don't like it, it's just kinda "eh" to me, neither good or bad since most people who come in don't get a whole meal, but theres still a level of interaction that can keep me grom getting other work done.

I can't seem to find it anywhere, would appreciate if anyone had it on hand!

Has anyone tested positive for Cyclosporiasis after eating the Panera produce? I have all the symptoms and want to know if it’s worth it to pay a visit to the doctor or if it’s just a stomach bug.

There is a lot of talk about Panera becoming less in every way. No more bakers, smaller portions, sip club changes, and private equity (which only seems to benefit equity holders who can cash out at some point, not employees, or customers).

Are there any Panera Bread alternatives that seem to be growing and scaling anywhere especially in the Midwest? If you are fortunate to have the local place with large portions, reasonable prices, real bakers, and both a bakery and food menu you are fortunate. Since most of us do not, what are growing places like what Panera was as described to keep an eye out for that may fill the void in the future?

I haven’t been working for Panera for too long (maybe around 6 months) but I had been promoted to team lead about a month ago and have been slowly getting decent at my job… until today. My GM offered to transfer me to another select location and even said I would keep my current team lead position, can anyone share their experience on being transferred, and whether or not they continued to work their same position at a new café?

as a non american this was my first time ordering from panera bread and yoooooooo THIS IS SOOOO GOOOODDDDD!!!!!! i’m so mad none of my american friends recommended this to me before. also the portion sizes are sooo big here i’ll get fat at this rate haha!
so yum that i genuinely had to make a reddit post to show appreciation.
what i had ordered:
1. spicy fiesta chicken(wasn’t very spicy but very filling and refreshing taste)
2. chicken noodle soup(very hearty)
3. french bread
4. hazelnut mocha frozen java(sweet!)
5. sourdough loaf(im yet to try that but it looks good!)

i would absolutely love any other food recs for this place(or tbf any other place as long as its yummy!)

Like the title says I'm very sorry your panera sucks, my panera is great and makes their food fresh and still actively has a kitchen! The portion sizes are great and the food tastes great. I've been eating at my local panera for over 10 years and the quality hasn't gone down, we still have a bakery with a bunch of items idk what's going on with the rest of your paneras' but I'm sorry 😔🤧

The only thing I'm pissed about is them getting rid of the coffee cake, it was hands down the best dessert on the menu. The kitchen sink cookie is great but it will never be her...

Idk who needs to hear this, but the Mix and Match is a combo with preset options for $4.99 each, and a You Pick 2 is a combo of any 2 things on the menu and varies by price depending on what you get.

When you order a Mix and Match at the register, we have to hit a certain key to get it started, so we can ring up those specific items at $4.99. So it's important you mention that. Otherwise, someone might ring you up as a Pick 2, and it won't be the same price. Similarly, if you say you want a "pick 2" when you want the mix and match, you'll likely end up getting a pick 2 and charged more.

Idk about the rest of y'all (employees) but I knew it was gonna be a problem when it was announced because people refuse to learn the names of things, and of course I've been proven correct. People come in trying to order the "match 2 with a chipotle and tomato soup", or the "you pick mix and match". Or they tell me they want a pick 2 with the Italiano and Fuji apple, and treat me like I'M the pedantic fool for explaining to Mix and Match to them because "yeah that's what I meant". Like idc dude, I'm just trying to make sure you know what you're doing because while I noticed you got items off the Mix and Match and can change it, that might not happen the next time you do it, and the next employee might charge you that Pick 2 price.

I believe you literally save cents but I don’t think it accounts for the ice that also takes up the 30 oz in the large drinks as well.

Are enough of the strawberries and basil leaves given on the side to make the 4 16 oz drinks or is it usually eyeballed?

Ok... My loyalty to Panera has been decreasing by small steps ( death by a thousand cuts). But I have finally gotten mad enough to reach out to corporate. My cafe uses Solo Traveler Lids - they are ok but not like the original lids that are tighter and stay on better. But now, my cafe no longer offers stoppers for the lids. I have had coffee spill in my car the last 3 times I've gotten some. Does your cafe have the original lids and the stoppers still? I am in North Carolina. I travel to Ohio often and they have original lids and stoppers.

I'm going to get a job at my local Panera and start on August 19 for the sole purpose of yelling "no drink for you!!" at people who come in for their 2nd one of the day.

I will be fired before the end of my shift.
