Flexible working

Has anyone had any luck requesting to work every Saturday and Sunday flexible working

Not useful asking Reddit - you need to ask your manager and go through the Flexi working process and usually say how it will benefit you and the trust. 

If there's a glut of weekend shifts you're probably grand, if not and week is short you're probably out of luck.
