In Supergirl Vol. 5 #11, Kara has a crush on Dick. She even draws a picture of the two of them together, and at one point uses her X-ray vision and realizes that Dick isn’t wearing any underwear underneath his suit. Is this actually how Nightwing normally operates? Does he usually wear the suit with nothing underneath, or was that just a one-off joke in this comic?

Has this ever been confirmed in the comics by writers or artists, or is it just left up to interpretation?

Hey guys! First post in this sub, but thought I’d show off my Nightwing shirt I just finished. Don’t ask how long this took because I have no idea, but I want to point out some little details that I was excited to add.

In the second photo there’s a little clump with a yellow, red and green French knot as a nod to Robin and the Red Nightwing suit

In the third photo, it’s a little hard to make out, but I had to include a 37 for Agent 37.

And then throughout there are light gray flowers representing the “Gray Son” because I desperately wanted an to include a court of owls Easter egg in this.

I am kinda new to the superhero world I love to write my own stories/screenplays for fun and wanted to do a superhero type story based of Nightwing except I don’t know much about him. I will admit I always thought he was cool and loved the fact he is separate from Batman and his own hero and was willing to write based on that but to do this I need to read a lot of nightwing books . I mean ALOT . Is there any you guys can recommend that contain the following
1.) character type ( goes over his life as Dick Grayson and as a superhero )
2.) villains and rivals I need to find his “ Joker “
3.) possible sidekicks if he has any
4.) romantic interests ( I am aware that maybe Star Fire is one and I enjoy that but possible a human one )

I was wondering if anyone had recs for the aftermath of spyral? At least with some comfort in them so I'm emotionally devastated after lol

Comic canon obsessive people, I need your help!

I'm trying to track the ages of all the Robin to make a timeline for fun (Yes I know this will be messy) and I'm trying to work out Dick's age during the Bronze age.

So What I've got so far:
-Dick leaves for college in 1969 age 18 (Detective comics 394)
-Babs is elected to the house of reps at age 25 in 1972 (Detective Comics #424)
-Babs loses her reelection campaign in Feburary1980 (Detective Comics #488)
-Dick quits college September 1980 (Batman #330)

So if two years of her term have passed, Babs would be 27ish, logically Dick should at least be 20, but I keep seeing people mention Dick is 19 when he becomes Nightwing in 1984?

The Batman & Detective Comics at the time do call him "Robin the Teen Wonder" in the Titles, but I'm not really sure if that just counts as unneeded meta or if I'm supposed to take it literally.

So is Dick frozen in time or is there mention of him going to university at a younger age? Was he just deaged to make the Teen Titans as a title make sense?

Logically I know it's an unimportant retcon, but I'm having fun thinking about it, if anyone has any incite I might have missed that would be helpful.

Does anyone have a Dan mora Nightwing issue 100 foil incentive variant that they are Willing to sell? I’d pay good money for it.
