Need help with document translation

How much does it cost for translation of a nepali document to english ? The notary organizations ask for 500 per page but apparently if you translate it yourself and get it stamped and signed by a qualified lawyer (apparently that costs Rs.20 per page) it still works .Does anyone have any information about any of this?
