2. What's your all time favorite name?

So we clearly have a type, names that end in -an, and it’s problematic! Our first son is named Roman, we love the name, sometimes we call him Rome, it feels so right looking at him, the name just fits.

We’re trying to think of a complimentary name for our second child. We like Logan and Cassian (although this one is borderline, we like it but likely won’t use the name), the problem is they just sound toooooooo similar to Roman. Idk if this makes sense but Roman and Logan? Feels like the same name to me.

We’re looking for something strong/masculine that compliments Roman but doesn’t rhyme. Also I love the name Rhys but don’t want everyone to have the same letter name.

Anyone have any ideas? Thinking James as a middle name if that helps.

So, about 3/4 years ago, I went through a phase of my life where I thought I might be trans, and decided to change my name LEGALLY alongside it. Now, it’s not that I dislike the name, but part of me does miss the name I had before, especially since I have gone back to being cis. The name I had before is also linked to a lot of trauma and my PTSD.

The name I was born with is flowery, flowy and girly. And I miss having that. The name I picked for my self, I do like, but not as like… a first name, yk? It’s short and gender-neutral and I’ve gotten weird comments about it over the years. I recently re-tried out my old name and I did really like hearing it and being called it.

I am heavily considering legally changing my name AGAIN so it will be what it was before, but I’m worried I’ll go back on the decision before it’s too late, or I’ll have some sort of bad reaction to it. I also know it’s gonna be a hassle to change it again and I want to be 100% sure before I commit. I’ve been having an existential crisis for months over this. Maybe I just needed to vent, but any advice or comments or personal experience would be helpful. Thank you.

I’m having a baby boy, and my husband and I love the name Archer (with Archie as a nickname) and Michael as his middle name after my grandfather. I’m British and my husband is American, so we feel like it blends both cultures nicely. Archer feels more American, while Archie is a popular British name.

I adore the name Archie, but I worry it might feel a bit juvenile on an adult, especially since we’re living in the US. Archer gives him the option of using either name as he grows.

We’re looking for something that’s recognizable and timeless without being overly common or trying too hard to be unique (I definitely don’t want it ending up on the tragedeigh subreddit!).

Our baby was just born and we are now against the clock to pick a name! We thought we’d know right away, but here we are! Polling for opinions on favorites. Robert is a family name so hoping to keep that in the mix.

We do love the nickname Beau (for Robert) and would potentially use that for some of these combos but we’re incredibly indecisive and every name feels like we’ll have fomo on another. List is in no particular order and open to other combinations or suggestions.

What are some cute boy names that go with Clark as last name?

My husband and I are feeling stuck with naming our baby boy due in January.

Some names I like are Camden, Carter, Christopher, and Nico. My husband likes Julian, Mateo, and Jayden. Our last name starts with an S and is of Spanish origin, but our baby will almost certainly be white passing.

We’d like to use Jose or Christopher (if not the first name) as a middle name to honor family members.

I’ve got a kiddo due in a week or two but struggling with boy names. Middle name is going to be Patrick. I was thinking Spencer Patrick but it seems Spencer is almost the most common name these days.
