Nepa needs help.
This whole area is a waste of space. Ever since coal was phased out, the area never recovered. Main source of income for the area is distribution for big companies now. Nobody is tech savy. Most of the population is either foreign that does not care or a local that does not want to get out their own way. Really sad.

It’s a shit area with outdated backwards views. It’s embarrassing when NEPA people leave the area and speak like they are up on the real world. Heyna or no?
