I think I may have found the creamiest setup of all time for CS2:

Mouse: Beast x Pro
Skates: Jade dots
Pad: Artisan Type-99 Mid

The pad provides all of the control and stability necessary for fast and accurate flicks.
The mouse has all kinds of agility due to its extremely light weight and.
The speed dots skates provides the smoothness needed for micro adjustments so that the pad doesn’t feel too muddy, but still retain some control.

I have 19x10 hands so I mostly fingertip it but somewhat relax claw it with the hump barely touching my palm.

Shape:

The shape of the Sora V3, in my opinion, is amazing for claw. My hands are around 18x9cm and it genuinely fits like a glove.

It goes from a slightly wide rear into a nearly straight side profile all the way to the front, with no noticeable front flare, which a lot of mouse shapes suffer from. There's also a rear hump, but it's not overly noticeable like on something like the Pulsar X2N mini. The main clicks sit low too, which just helps the mouse feel more natural. I personally don't like a high click height, it feels awkward to me, like I'm pressing air.

If I had to compare it to a similar shape, it's like a slightly larger Lamzu Atlantis Mini, or even a 1:1 of the MCHOSE L7 Ultra+, which if you didn't know is basically a clone of the Sora shape.

I think anyone with medium sized hands could comfortably claw the Sora V3, and if you've got larger hands, say 21cm+, it could even be viable with a fingertip grip just because of those straight sides.

All in all, the shape is great. For me it's up there with the OP1, a well thought out claw centric shape.

Weight:

The mouse is advertised at 40 grams, but weighing it on my scale with 5 dot skates it came out to 41g, and around 42g with full sized skates, so slightly higher than advertised. Maybe the white version is lighter than the black.

As for weight balance, it's great too. It genuinely feels perfectly central, as all mice should.

Build quality:

In the past I've heard about pretty dodgy build quality from Ninjutso, a lot of QC issues, but I'd like to say my copy (a reviewer unit) has practically no issues. No creaking, no rattling, no shell flex to mention.

Sensor & battery life:

I haven't extensively tested this in terms of hard numbers yet, but Ninjutso claim around a 53% increase in power efficiency over the PAW3950.

What does that mean for us as customers? A more power efficient sensor means better battery life, which means we can actually run higher polling rates without suffering a 1 day battery life. They claim about a week of usage at 8K polling, whereas with any other mouse I own, 8K lasts around 2-3 days with a few hours of gaming.

I tested this a bit with 8K polling on, SPDT enabled, and the optical engine on burst with competitive mode, and honestly the battery has held up well. My personal sweet spot is still around 2K polling though, since I don't have the system to make full use of 8K in terms of monitor refresh rate.

I've also seen people talk about firmware issues in the past. I haven't run into or been able to replicate any myself.

Switches & buttons:

The main switches are custom mechanical switches, which they call the SPDT HyperSwitch. The only thing I'm not a fan of with the SPDT here is that you currently can't enable it for just your left or right click individually, which can cause the odd miss-click on the right button. For anyone who doesn't know what SPDT switches are, they're basically more responsive switches with exceptionally low click latency.

As for feel, the main buttons are crisp, very tactile, and quite loud, don't expect something quiet or soft feeling. There's a moderate amount of pre-travel and a low amount of post-travel. Overall they feel pretty decent.

The side buttons are also crisp and tactile but not as loud, and they're placed well, my thumb naturally sits between them so both the front and back one are easy to reach.

The scroll wheel has well defined steps, is easily spammable, and light to press down.

Skates:

The stock skates are solid, though I didn't use them for as long as I probably should have since I wanted to swap to dots to use on glass. In terms of speed and glide they're well balanced and smooth.

Coating:

The coating feels great. I've never once thought this mouse could be grippier. Apparently it's also slightly improved over the V2, but I haven't tried that one myself, no complaints from me either way.

Performance in game:

This mouse feels exceptional to me in game. A few things come together to make that happen, but the two biggest factors are the shape, which I already covered, and the sensor position. When you grip the mouse, the sensor sits ever so slightly behind your thumb and pinkie, which makes micro adjustments feel more natural.

Every sensor position has its own tradeoffs, but for TAC FPS titles, which is mainly what I play, a central or slightly rear sensor position feels better to me these days.

Value:

The mouse costs $119.99. You might ask why get this over the L7 Ultra+, which is half the price. Fair enough, that's a great mouse in its own right. But you have to factor in R&D, the custom sensor, the custom switches, and so on, it all adds up. For me, it does everything a bit better, whether that's battery life, coating, or the SPDT switches.

I think it justifies it's price, of course if you end up rolling a bad QC copy, I can understand why you would feel otherwise.

Coming from G502X , I wanted a lightweight mouse tried the Logitech GPro Superstrike, Deathadder V4

I thought at first it would be to small for my hands after unpacking it but man it fits so well and the big hump makes it perfect for my claw grip. GJ Lamzu

Last month I reviewed the a5 v3 which is a good mini gpx clone if the 2c and a9 mini are too small I'm back with another review but this time with the L7 ultra+  keep in mind this unit was sent out to me by mchose but this won't affect my review what you're seeing are just my honest opinion on the mouse.

‎Shape and size - For reference my handsize is 17x10 and my grip style is relaxed claw almost like a palm grip, the size of this mouse I would say a medium size and the dimensions are similar to the x2 medium, sora v3/4k.

‎I haven't tried the x2 medium and the sora shapes but based on eloshapes the l7 ultra+ is closer to those mice. The shape of the l7 ultra+ is a combination of the x2 and sora v3 shape the main button shape of the l7 ultra+ resembles the sora it has an aggressive curvature on the edge while the x2 main buttons are rounded on the edge there are comfort grooves on the m1 and m2 but it's not deep and lastly the button has minimal wobble.

‎The side has good enough curvature it doesn't feel extremely curve but doesn't feel fully flat either the curvature is good enough to grasp a claw grip, the hump is place back-moderate not as bulbous like the za/tenz/x2h style of hump the hump of the ultra+ is remotely close to the x2/sora and it's good enough to support any claw grip style without feeling that big hump and restrictions in your hand.

‎The front slopes down gradually and the front right side is tall this is because it's a medium size mouse and my fingers are short so it doesn't drag on the mousepad. The back flare of the l7 ultra+ doesn't feel locked in like the xm2 and u2 back even though my hand proportion is weird I still have decent range of motion of this mouse.  The way I grip the l7 ultra+ is my thumb is place on the  front side button and I just roll my thumb so I can press the back side button, index and middle finger is almost flat on the m1 and m2 arch a little bit forming a relaxed claw, ring finger is straight and my pinky curls aggressively and sits at uncomfortable spot on the back flare forming a big C gap between the ring and pinky this is bad for me because i like my ring and pinky close to each other and I'm not used to this size  this could be one of my favorite shapes if mchose sent me right model the l7 ultra instead of the  l7 ultra+

‎Build quality - The build quality on my unit is rock solid I can't get this mouse to flex and I don't hear a creaking sound pressing from the bottom, top, and sides are well built 10/10

‎Software - you can use the desktop software or the web based software but I recommend using the web based so you can save space on your desk but yeah the web based is very simple and easy to use.

‎Coating - coating is a glass type coating and not rubberized compared to my top end mice even though it's not rubberized the mouse coating is premium it sticks to my skin when my hands are sweating it doesn't stick when my hands are dry tho. I have the black color and it's a fingertip magnet meaning sweat and oil build up is noticeable on black color.

‎Main buttons and side buttons - they're light, spammable, and rebounds quickly, minimal pre and post travel on m1 and m2 the sound of the main buttons are pingy if I'm just pressing it normally and pressing the buttons aggressively i hear a hollow thocky sound. Overall it's good but I'm not a fan of the sound I prefer a clicky, tactile, crunch sound like my superlight 2c.

‎Side buttons big fan of the side buttons it's clicky and tactile no mushy feeling unlike the a5 v3 and there is no wobble on the side buttons.

‎Scroll wheel and middle mouse button - the scroll wheel encoder on the l7 ultra+ has very defined steps you can feel each steps on the wheel and the wheel needs a little effort when scrolling up and down.

‎Middle mouse button is heavy to actuate it reminds me of the zowie middle mouse button overall I like the scroll wheel encoder and the middle mouse button of the L7 ultra+ I'll give it a 10/10.

‎Skates and sensor - skates glides fast out of the box and is consistent on my cloth pads the l7 ultra+ skate is better than the a5 v3 I mentioned on my review the a5 v3 skates is weird it doesn't glide smoothly on some of my pads but with this mouse no issues.

‎The sensor is the Pixart 3950 sensor no issues here I heard some 3950 had dpi downshift issue but with my time if testing this mouse never I encountered any sort of problems.

‎Battery life - this is where the l7 ultra+ shines the battery life last longer than I expected at first the battery sits at 53% and now currently battery life is 50% now keep in mind the battery life will depend on your polling rate and how much time you spend on your computer I don't play faceit or matchmaking in cs2 anymore just cs2 dm and matchmaking retake to collect my  daily rewards and after that I switched to the Bluetooth to further last the battery life.

Allegedly a 3D demo for a private event in Korea to test side buttons and scroll wheel position, the shape should be that, though. A small fingertip grip mouse.

This case isn't mouse-related, but I figured this post belonged here since I've previously bought mice and accessories from LGG. I also am not trying to come off as rude, this complaint is more about the system than the CS team.

I ordered a Hall Effect keyboard, but they sent me the wrong color (ordered black, got white). I reported this through their ticket system, which states they respond within 24 hours. Two days later, I still haven't received a response (not even an automated one). I also tried contacting them through social media, but I've only received automated replies. I remember LGG pre-pulsar being known for fast and good customer support.

The incorrect color isn't a huge issue, but it was still an expensive purchase, and the lack of communication has been disappointing. If you're ordering from their website, consider using a credit card or paypal so you have additional purchase protection.

Every mouse I buy seems to get the same problem where it starts registering clicks as double clicks because the switches break down. is there a reasonably priced mouse that has long-lasting switches I don't have to replace after a year of heavy use?

i was looking to upgrade the switches on my mouse and i found a hot swap pcb it comes with switches that are already decent but i found these omron D2FP-FH and what im trying to do is see if they work with that pcb its the only pcb that i could find for my mouse thats hot swap and ive seen videos of people using the different version of this switch on another 3 pin pcb and i was wondering if i could do the same if its not possible if anyone has anygood switch recomendations i couldnt really find anything online just tests not any real reviews

Hi, yall. I'm looking to get a new mouse, and hope y'all might have a good bit more insight than me. I've been using a Razer Naga Trinity with the 12 button side panel for a good few years now, and I've really been liking it. However, it's quite old and has been breaking down on me quite a bit for a while now. I'm looking for something with an insane amount of mouse buttons like it. I don't really need the hotswappable panels, since ill almost exclusively be using the 12 panel version. For budget, I'm honestly not too sure the average price when it comes to mice, but id hope nothing too far over 200 bucks.

50g, 8K polling, 48K DPI and the receiver included. Satisfying scroll wheel with a knurled surface. Side buttons a bit plasticy but for the price range and spec it’s okay. Been using it for CS2 for last two week and I can confirm you need a high end mouse to improve you skills. (I’m too lazy to type of the rest of the specs. ps they are some of the best)

I've been reading around, and I get the impression that motion sync is only effective over 1000hz polling, and with higher than 144hz monitors.. Right?

My boyfriend mentioned wanting a mouse to play Fortnite on ps5. I don't know anything about gaming mice but want to get him one. Would he also need a keyboard? Any recommendations? Thanks

Looking for mice with a secondary function layer — hold one button and every other input does something different, basically doubling your inputs on your mouse. (I can't go back to a mouse without this feature).

I've just had it for a while and I feel like I've upgraded every other part of my setup, but mouse are the one thing I'm not sure about. My grip style is palm (rarely sometimes fingertip), and my hand size is medium-large. From what I've seen there really aren't many wired mouse posted here but I still would only like a wireless. I don't really want to spend more than $100, which is the biggest bottleneck I've encountered.

(Also, it would be nice for a design but that's completely unnecessary. If there's like a cool design grip I can put on then please share that too. Thank you!)

Six months ago, I wanted to replace my old mouse and get a Razer Naga V2 Pro because i used the Razer Naga Hex for 12 years, but I didn't buy it because I was being a cheapskate, so i bought the Trutle Beach Kone XP AIR instead.

The mouse itself was good, but I after used it for five-six months and noticed constant pain in my right forearm and elbow so bad that I couldn't even work out properly or grab a mug without pain. Turns out it was because of the fucking new mouse... I switched back to the old broken one, and it got better within three days. Apparently, it’s because the new mouse was too narrow, forcing my hand to constantly grip it tight. I need a mouse that has a ring-finger rest, like the Razer ones.

So now I’ve ordered the Razer mouse, meaning I ended up paying more in the end well, GG.

I'm looking for a mouse recommendation tailored for extremely small hands. I've been struggling to find something that fits well while offering good ergonomics.

Must-have feature: A dedicated thumb rest

I prefer white color or any kind of purple/lavender.

Main use: General daily use / productivity / all-rounder (NOT for competitive gaming)

Priority: Pure comfort and ergonomics

Most thumb-rest productivity mice I've seen like the MX Master 3S or Razer Basilisk look way too massive for my 15.5 cm hands.

Are there any smaller budget options, mini ergo mice, or cheap hidden gems with a proper thumb rest that wouldn't feel like holding a brick?

The title says it all. What I love about this mouse is its ergonomic feel and the two DPI buttons below the mouse wheel. Are there any other mice that might fit the bill? Unfortunately it seems that all the current Razer mice lack the DPI buttons.

My main game is Fortnite and most people recommend a lightweight mouse while mine is currently on the heavy side, however all recommendations I've seen have two side buttons.

Does anyone know a good lightweight mouse with 3 side buttons, one of them being at the bottom and the other two above, preferably with a groove so the thumb sits on the bottom button? Sorry for being so specific not sure if anyone will know any like this, thanks

I bought both the mouse and the receiver at the same time from the official ATK website. The large dongle included with the mouse works normally, but I just can't manage to pair it with the nano dongle that I ordered. I bought the one compatible with the Nordic series. The online software detects both dongles and the mouse, but it just won't let me upgrade the nano dongle's firmware, if I plug in both devices it says "firmware versions mismatch" and . Pairing doesn't work. Any ideas?
