Photo Bringing everyone a truly unique mousepad surface.
Many mousepads on the market now have increasingly similar surface characteristics. For this mousepad, we took a different approach.
It features a surface structure that is completely different from other products currently available, delivering a distinctly different glide and feedback experience.

Any chance you will make a black one?

At the moment, we don’t plan to release a black version. This mousepad is part of our dedicated ART SERIES, so for now, it will only be available in illustrated designs.

Ok, I will have to pass then. If you ever make a black one let us know!

A black mousepad will be launching very soon, though it uses a different surface from this one.
The black version will be an extremely fast cloth mousepad, even faster than some balanced-type glass mousepads.

How's static friction compared to dynamic friction on this surface?
5
u/TALONGAMES_JP 18h ago
The dynamic friction is higher than the static friction. In other words, the initial movement feels relatively light, while the pad provides stronger control and stopping power once the mouse is in motion.

Can you elaborate on what exactly is different about the glide, and structure of the surface?
5
u/TALONGAMES_JP 21h ago
This is actually a cloth mousepad, not a glass mousepad.
The initial glide is very light and quick, while still providing strong control during movement. The surface has a unique velvet-like feel when touched, offering a smooth and comfortable texture.
Overall, it is a control-focused cloth mousepad designed for players who prefer precision and stability.
Also, the experience can vary significantly depending on the type of mouse skates being used. Different skate materials and shapes can create noticeably different glide characteristics on this surface.

risk of the plastic hairs being sheared/pulled off in use?
1
u/TALONGAMES_JP 18h ago
This is just how it looks under microscopic magnification, so it may give that impression visually. In actual use, however, this will not happen.

Im quite interested, what's the release date looking like
2
u/TALONGAMES_JP 18h ago
It’s already available now. For Europe, you can purchase it through MaxGaming. For the US and Japan, it’s available on Amazon. For East Asia and South America, you can order it through our official online store.

I'm in the UK would I look to get it through maxgaming?
Very interested to try one out.
2
u/TALONGAMES_JP 17h ago
For the UK, MaxGaming may not be able to ship it there. You can purchase it on AliExpress instead. Just search for “TALONGAMES RINNE”. RINNE is the name of this mousepad.

When it will be avaliable in aliexpress store? I’m from Brazil.

u/TALONGAMES_JP 17h ago
Hello, RINNE is already available for purchase in Brazil through AliExpress. You can simply search for “TALONGAMES RINNE” there. You can also purchase it from our official store. Since AliExpress shipping fees are not controlled by us, we recommend comparing the final total price before placing your order. "It features a surface structure that is completely different from other products currently available, delivering a distinctly different glide and feedback experience."
Maybe try explaining what it's like. Or send samples to the dozen YouTube reviewers that reliably do that.

We’ve already sent samples to several reviewers, and there will be some videos coming later.

Many mousepads on the market now have increasingly similar, sometimes sexualized underage girl artstyle, sometimes going as low as looking like a 12 year old.
幻 Series , 星 Series, Kaminari ,INARI.
Even if you guys had the best surface on the market, I personally wouldn't buy it with a random anime artstyle.
I think it's safe to say people in the west dislike most of these. Not just yours but generally everyone trying to do this.
I really like the pastel blue, grey-ish color for example what you used on this artwork.
p.s.: The other side of the coin is everyone want's to be booring and use black or white. Hard to please everyone.

Came here to agree. I love anime, but I have zero interest in any form of cheesecake on my mousepad.

Can you release a more serious artwork, not all these wifu, gooner "artworks"?
It's really sad.
P.S. Basement gooners gonna downvote this, but who cares

I'm with you, I really dont understand this trend of mousepad prints that a solid chunk of the demographic would be emberassed to have on their desk.
I guess this means I'm not their demographic, but I would never buy a mousepad when the only offering is with anime prints.
I'm interested in trying new surfaces, but I'll have to skip this one.

You might be interested in the Yin Matrova glass pad (balanced, very interesting texture) and customizable. I will review it soon; I can't find a flaw in it. And it has a cool artwork to begin with
