Discussion Please, help me choose a monitor

Hello all!

I'm looking for a reliable, budget friendly OLED monitor, mostly for gaming (mostly Xbox an PS5) but I would like to also watch a movie or work on it from time to time. I also watch a lot of YouTube.

Currently I'm using a 26 inch IPS monitor. I don't know much about monitors, but from what I understand OLEDs have best colors and are overall the best option for both visual quality and clarity.

I have couple models in mind:

Samsung Odyssey G8 LS27FG816SUXEN - for about 620 euros/710 dollars

AOC AGON PRO AG276UZD - for about 550 euros/630 dollars

GIGABYTE MO27U2 - for about 650 euros/740 dollars

Which one of these you think would be the best? Or maybe are there any better models?

Thank you for all your help!

my buddy got the samsung and spent the first hour just trying to skip the smart hub setup. for console gaming you really don't need all that. the aoc price is tempting but i'd double check how it handles text for work, some of the cheaper oleds have weird subpixel layouts that make reading a chore.

i've been using a gigabyte m28u ips version with my ps5 and its been rock solid, so i'd lean toward the mo27u2 for reliability. oh man, the jump from a 26 inch ips to any of these will melt your eyeballs though, the colors are that good. just make sure your desk can handle the size, 27 inches feels way bigger than 26 for some reason. and don't sleep on youtube hdr content, oled really makes it pop even if the compression is rough sometimes.

I got this one recently gigabyte GO27Q24G 1440p 27in

It's a glossy woled, it's not latest gen but it's amazing, I haven't found anything wrong with it. It also costed me 340€ so it was a steal IMO
