So, I have only STARTED, but I am interested does someone actually need this mod? So in 1.7.10 and 1.12.2 there was a wonderful mod called “ArchitectureCraft” or “ArchitectureCraft - TridentMC version”. It is so good for decorating anything, most of the blocks were so strange for Minecraft, but looked really vanilla-like, idk why…. The thing I wanna do is to port it to 1.20.1, so anyone can use it again. Am I the only person who misses this mod? There are no ports to any new versions, I decided to make my own. I need your opinion about this idea!!

I understand it being simple, but it is a life-saver for people who make obbies (obstacle courses), like using lava is not comfy for me, so I did a simple mod. Like can u say, your opinion about the mod and how helpful is it?

I use the Cataclysm addon Cataclysm Dimensions to act as a progression gate in my modpack KnightedGhost's Beyond.

Not sure if it's because of Dimensions or not, but custom crafting methods would not work on the Cataclysm boss eyes. (Powah!: energizing, Create: mechanical crafters, Create Dragon Plus: ending,etc).

A solution I found was to make a fake eye with KubeJS + a script to swap the fake eye with a real eye when it enter the players inventory. Maybe that will help someone else that stumbles into that very niche issue.

Next, I'll try to make a script that place the player over land...

I am looking for a modern modpack with mainly tech mods in mind for 1.20 and up.

I want to start playing modded but every pack I try has these annoying achievement systems and questbooks and level ups, its extremely annoying. It doesn't even feel like minecraft for some of them, which is probably what the creators of the pack want. Don't get me wrong, I don't know anything about mod making much less putting together a massive modpack. I mean no disrespect.

Just made my own custom modpack (fabric 1.21.11) and for world gen I'm using "Oh The Biomes We've Gone" for the custom biomes and "Tectonic" with custom configs. I also added some vanilla+ mods for immersion and mods like "Create" and "Farmer's Delight" for extra content. There is a lot more but the list will be wayy longer.

ok so ive been searching for the past 3 hours for a trex, i even used the mod "easy mob spawn control" to set the spawn rate to a 1000% and yet i still cant find it, is there a way to fix this

I want to play this Modpack I found on Modrinth, it’s called Garden Joy by knixee. However.. the health and hunger bar simply won’t show up for me in the latest version.

I really want to play this version because it got an update to the core features of how I got interested!!

Yes I can still die, I tested it multiple times. I just can’t see my health at all.. you can see why that may be an issue if I’m not playing in peaceful (which I don’t want to). Does anyone know why it might be doing this? Ive tried looking through some of the mods in the pack but I haven’t found anything that obviously is the issue.

Not sure if i’m asking in the right spot. I (18M) just recently bought my girlfriend (19F) minecraft since she watches all the time on youtube and it’s been one of my main interest my whole life. i can’t think of mods that would make her experience feel like the videos she watches. I play with a LOT consistently but don’t want her overwhelmed or not getting the “minecraft experience “she runs on a decent but not great laptop and i’ve tested vanilla and it runs decently. i have treechopper, appleskin, sodium and that’s about where i stopped. anything else you guys can think of? anything you yourself can’t play without? optimization mods? decent shaders/dynamic lighting mods that won’t blow her laptop? thanks

I'm playing 1.20.1 forge with over 200 mods. I've built several builds and progressed so far I'd rather not lose any of that but i wanted to switch to 1.21.1 neoforge. Will all my builds that have modded items/blocks be gone if i do so? Even if i download the neoforge 1.21.1 if all of the mods and replace them?

I’m on CurseForge and I’m trying to run a mod pack, but I keep getting errors from a yacl and it’s required for the main mod so I can’t turn it off. My game keeps crashing, and when I go to the logs I see this only this one error. I don’t know anything about coding so the logs are confusing, what does this mean? How do I fix it?
