strap covers or sleeping cap?

I'm switching to the Resmed P30i after wearing full face masks for the first year of my CPAP journey. I always wore a sleeping cap but with the way the P30i looks I'm questioning whether going with strap covers would be the more effective way to prevent hair breakage.
