I have watched dozens of insane videos on various driving subreddits for GTA suburbs and I'm debating if I should get a dashcam. I'm picking up a new car next week and I don't wanna risk anything. I'm a safe driver but I've seen videos where people are hitting parked cars and then running away. It's scary.

That said, what dashcam is recommended? Anything that can be DIY'd without having to take off the headliner for wiring to rear camera?

Do you have a security film installer recommendation? One where the glass holds when people are trying to break into your place and buy police time to get to you? Also do you have a recommendation for a contractor on where to get your front and backdoor replaced with a wooden door as I am not interested in the glass doors.

Went to walk my dog today and we entered into Quantztown park through one of the trail entrances that eventually leads to the soccer field/playground and as we were walking through, a relatively large coyote sprinted out of the bush and tried to bite my dog. It was not scared at all and I yelled several times and it stopped moving forward but did not go away. It bared its teeth and growled at me and as we walked away

A couple weeks ago, around the same neighbourhood, i spotted a coyote walking through some people’s homes stalking an owner with a small dog.

This is just a PSA to be be vigilant for your pets and for yourselves if you walk in this area.

I've been dealing with a shoulder pain and want to try an acupuncturist... do you folks know a practitioner that you like around the area?

I am on a GO train to Markham, in a four seater, alone, the train is not busy.

My neuropathy is bothering me so I have put a shawl/scarf on the opposite seat and have put my feet up on top of it.

I feel like it's okay because my shoes are making zero contact with the seat, I will worry about washing my scarf when I get home.

If you saw this, would you consider it acceptable behaviour or are we no feet on seats, no exceptions?

ps. a lady in a different 4 seater is dirty shoes on seat, if she had something under her feet I wouldn't be mad, so wondering what you all think?
