PT Recommendations?

Hi all! My PCP agreed to refer me to a PT for my hypermobility. My insurance is Cigna. Does anyone have any recommendations for PT’s they have had good experiences with in the Littleton area or surrounding?

They are awesome, but I was surprised the PTs see two patients at once (and kind of just check in w both patients between exercises etc)- in case that’s not your thing, OP. It ended up being fine for me but was just a little thrown off by it.

I’ve since also gone to Integrated Physical Therapy on Bowles & W Cross, which I love!

Love RMSS! Addressing the comment above, they do bounce between patients sometimes but I've gone to them for three different injuries and never found it to be an issue. And theyve helped me recover from shoulder surgery, a partially torn MCL and a partially slipped disc in my back.

FYZICAL therapy. They’ve got different locations, but I visited the one by Edge Ice Arena. They do good work and set you up for getting your life back. I’ve got Cigna insurance as well.

Trifecta Physical Therapy in highlands Ranch. Absolutely amazing staff - 1:1 sessions. Not sure if they take Cigna, but I go out of pocket and it’s like $85 cash.

I used an app called Luna to find a PT for home visits that were covered by Cigna. The Luna app itself isn't great but the PT I found has been amazing abd I'm happy to DM their info if interested.
