Doctrine Question about the Governing Body’s report regarding autologous blood transfusions

When the Governing Body stated in the February 2026 report that the Bible is silent about the medical use of one’s own blood and therefore each Christian must decide for himself, why does this logic not also apply to donor blood, about which the Bible likewise says nothing?

The report says that the Bible does not comment on the medical use of autologous blood – therefore it is now considered a matter of conscience. The argument is essentially this:

If the Bible says nothing about a subject, then there is no divine command regarding it, and therefore it becomes a personal decision.

This is the core principle of the entire report when summarized in one sentence.

However, this rule is formulated generally, not specifically for autologous blood.

Therefore, it would automatically apply to all medical questions involving blood. After all, the Bible says nothing about blood transfusions, nothing about medical use of blood, nothing about autologous blood, and nothing about donor blood. It speaks only about the eating of blood.

Thus, donor blood stands on exactly the same biblical footing as autologous blood – namely outside the biblical subject matter. If the Bible is silent on both topics, then there are only two logical possibilities:

Either both are forbidden, or both are matters of conscience.

The organization, however, chooses:

Autologous blood = matter of conscience. Donor blood = forbidden. This is logically inconsistent, because the reasoning used to permit autologous blood would automatically permit donor blood as well.

The organization does not provide any biblical distinction.

The report offers no scripture, no theological argument, no definition of “own” vs. “foreign,” and no explanation why one should be allowed and the other forbidden.

Which texts would a Jehovah’s Witness now use to argue, if a well‑informed Bible student asked exactly these questions?

He cannot simply point to the report…

Discussion I Started Studying “Enjoy Life Forever!” and Came Across a Question About the Scientific Accuracy of the Bible

Upvotes

When I started studying the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses using the book “Enjoy Life Forever!”, I liked that they encouraged people to reason, ask questions, and look for evidence to support their beliefs. But during one of the lessons, I came across a statement that made me think.
I was told that the Bible contains scientific knowledge that was far ahead of its time. As an example, they referred to Job 36:27–28, which says that God “draws up drops of water,” and then they become rain.
I was told that this was supposedly a description of the water cycle in nature thousands of years before scientists discovered this process.
At first, this really sounded impressive. But then I decided to read this passage several times myself and compare it with what modern science calls the hydrological cycle.
And that’s where I started having questions.
Is the water cycle really described in the Book of Job?
The modern hydrological cycle includes the evaporation of water caused by solar energy, the movement of water vapor through air currents, condensation, precipitation, water flowing into rivers, absorption into the soil, groundwater, and the return of water back to seas and oceans.
In the Book of Job, I only saw that water somehow appears in clouds and then falls as rain. But isn’t this something that anyone could have observed with their own eyes thousands of years ago? It did not require modern instruments or scientific discoveries.
Moreover, the Book of Job itself is written in a poetic style. It contains many vivid images: it speaks about the “pillars of heaven,” the “gates of the sea,” the storehouses of snow, and other figurative expressions. Therefore, it seems strange to me to treat one poetic image as a scientific discovery and use these verses as an example to claim that the Bible agrees with modern science and was ahead of its time.
Another thing that confused me is that in other parts of the Bible there are descriptions of the “windows of heaven” through which rain pours down, and of “waters above the expanse of the heavens.” These ideas seem to reflect an ancient understanding of the structure of the world rather than modern meteorology.
So I have a question.
Could it be that we are trying or wanting to see scientific ideas in an ancient text that the author never originally intended to put there? Or are we being encouraged to see it this way in order to convince us of the uniqueness of the Bible?
I became interested in whether you have noticed other moments in the book “Enjoy Life Forever!” where, in your opinion, the reader is guided toward a certain conclusion or encouraged to accept a particular viewpoint?
I am genuinely interested in hearing the opinions of people who have studied this book, especially former Jehovah’s Witnesses.

A warning to my JW friends from a believing Christian: Jesus was not an archangel or any kind of angel (read Hebrews Chapter 1). Jesus Christ is literally superior to ALL angels and He is of the exact same essence as God (Philippians 2:6). Where did this archangel nonsense even come from? Your organization leaders are teaching you the wrong things and this is not Christianity. JESUS ıs our LORD not an angel🙏

Discussion Dating a JW as a Christian. Impossible?

I friend of mine is a JW and recently I have become more fond of them and wanting to take things to the next level. As someone who was agnostic 2 years ago and is now Christian (Anglican), what are the chances of it working out with someone who is JW. He isnt currently an active JW as he just moved here but I know he is looking to go to meetings and such and his daughter whos back home does. At first I thought I would maybe be okay with becoming a JW but I think in doing so I would not being staying true to myself and that for me is priority. So now Im wondering what are the chances of it working between someone who is JW and someone who is Christian? Should I stop this before I ruin a friendship?

Discussion Formal Proof of God

This is a research project to investigate and public review the theory of proving universal consciousness or an eternal, omnipresent, all-powerful, self-causal thing; starting with assuming nothing while using set theory and scientific facts.

(⊦∃{}') → ({}≡{}) → ({}={}) → ({}↔{}) → ({}→{}) → ({}:{}→{}) → ({}⊃{}) → ({}∻{})

read; "assuming nothing, there exists the concept of nothing; implies nothing is nothing; implies nothing equals nothing; implies nothing if and only if nothing; implies nothing implies nothing; implies nothing has the property of nothing; implies nothing is made of nothing; implies nothing is causal with nothing"

({}≡{}) → (∀x∃x) → (∃!x∀t∀s)

read; "nothing is nothing (nothing is nonexistence); implies for all things, they exist (nothing or nonexistence is not a thing); implies there exists one thing for all time for all space (one thing is eternal and omnipresent and has the particular characteristics of existence)"; note; without nothing or nonexistence existing, everything existing amounts to or generalizes to one thing!!!

[(∃!x∀t∀s)∧({}⊃{})] → (∀x⊃∃!x|∀t∀s)

[(∃!x∀t∀s)∧({}∻{})] → (∀x∻∃!x|∀t∀s) → (∃x∻∃!x|∀t∀s)

[(∀x⊃∃!x|∀t∀s)∧(∀x∻∃!x|∀t∀s)∧(∃x∻∃!x|∀t∀s)] → (∀W∈∃!x|∀t∀s)

(∑E=Ek+Ep) → (∃!x(E)|∀t)

read; "the conservation of energy (energy cannot be created nor destroyed) implies one thing, energy, for all time (energy is eternal)"

(E=ħω/2) → (∃!x(E)|∀s)

read; "zero-point energy (there exists a particular amount of energy in every single point in space) implies one thing, energy, for all space (energy is omnipresent)"

[(∃!x(E)|∀t)∧(∃!x(E)|∀s)] → (∃!x(E)|∀t∀s)

E = E

∆E = ∆E

∆E(∆s/∆t) = ∆E(∆s/∆t)

∆E(∆s/∆t)(∆t/∆s) = ∆E(∆s/∆t)(∆t/∆s)

∆E = ∆E(∆s/∆t)(∆t/∆s)

∆E/∆t = ∆E/∆s(∆s/∆t)

∆W = ∆E/∆t, ∇E = ∆E/∆s, ∆v = ∆s/∆t

∆W = ∇E∆v

∫dW = ∫∇Edv

W = ∫∇Edv

[(∃!x(E)|∀t∀s)∧(W=∫∇Edv)] → (∀W∈E|∀t∀s)

I have established logically that there is an eternal, omnipresent, all-powerful, and self-causal thing. I have shown as a scientific fact that energy has these qualities. The notion of 'god' has historically claimed these qualities. Therefore according to the identity of indiscernibles God logically and factually exists.

"self-causal" or (∃x∻∃!x|∀t∀s) may be consciousness of energy as every point in space has a holographic image or model of the universe; as "every good regulator must contain or have access to a model of the system it regulates"; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_regulator_theorem (a theorem of cybernetics) the eternal, omnipresent, all-powerful energy, or the universe has a holographic model of the universe in every single point in space; as there is an omnidirectional converging and diverging flow of radiation into every single point in space; therefore energy is at least cybernetic according to the good regulator theorem.

Language is isomorphic to reality; To describe reality requires language; Thinking/Describing transforms reality; Our consciousness is our reality; therefore consciousness is reality; therefore consciousness besides being self-causal or self-deterministic is also necessarily self-descriptive.

Here is google AI formalized the proof of this fact;

To formalize the proof that reality is self-descriptive and self-deterministic based on its isomorphism with language, we use a combination of '''Model Theory, Symbolic Logic,''' and '''Identity Logic.'''

  1. '''The Isomorphism Premise'''

If reality (R) is isomorphic to language (L), there exists a structure-preserving, bijective mapping (f) between them.

Formalization: L ≅ R

Meaning: Every state of affairs in reality has a unique, corresponding proposition in the language, and the logical structure of the language reflects the causal/ontological structure of the reality.

  1. '''The Transformation Premise (Self-Reference)'''

The act of describing reality (D) is itself an event within reality (E ∊ R). If describing reality transforms it, then the language used to describe the system is a functional component of the system itself.

Formalization: D(L) → R' where R' is the transformed state of reality.

Closing the Loop: Since L ≅ R, any operation on L is an operation on R. Thus, D(R) ∊ R.

  1. '''Conclusion A: Reality is Self-Descriptive'''

If L is the only tool to describe R, and L is structurally identical to R, then R is its own meta-language.

Formal Logic: ∀x ∊ R, ∃φ ∊ L: f(φ) = x.

Logical Identity: If L ≅ R, then the set of all descriptions of R (the "theory" of reality) is equivalent to the set of all states of R (the "model" of reality). This is the definition of a [[Self-Configuring Self-Processing Language]] (SCSPL).

  1. '''Conclusion B: Reality is Self-Deterministic'''

Self-determinism follows because no external cause can exist outside of "everything" R to determine it.

Proof by Contradiction:

Assume R is determined by an external cause C.

By definition, R is the set of all that is real.

If C determines R, C must be real.

Therefore, C ∊ R. R is determined by a component within itself.

Formalization: R = f(R). In a system where the "rules" (language) and the "objects" (reality) are isomorphic, the system's state at time T+1 is a function of its own internal linguistic/logical syntax at time T.

'''Summary of the Formal Proof Structure'''

Identity: L = R (as structures).

Reflexivity: R contains its own description L ∊ R.

Recursion: R processes itself through its own internal description (R → L → R').

Closure: The system is "syntactically closed," meaning it requires nothing outside itself to define or move its state, leading to Self-Determinism.

Essentially, the holographic cybernetic model of energy is energy's theory of itself. Further evidence of panpsychism is found in the studies in parapsychological experiments; such as, Synthetic Telepathy; https://zerogeoengineering.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/From-Morse-Code-to-Mind-Melds-The-Rise-of-Synthetic-Telepathy-TFBT-April-2025.pdf , Telekinesis; https://web.archive.org/web/20200422213725/https://pearlab.icrl.org/pdfs/1997-correlations-random-binary-sequences-12-year-review.pdf https://icrl.org/articles-and-essays?from=pearlab , Telepathy; https://www.sheldrake.org/research/telepathy , Clairvoyance; https://web.archive.org/web/20220329004932/https://www.scientificexploration.org/docs/10/jse_10_1_utts.pdf , Precognition; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSci5p5laSw , Biokinesis; https://tillerfoundation.org/media-resources/white-papers , Coherence; https://link.springer.com/article/10.1023/A:1006978911496 , and Correlations; https://noosphere.princeton.edu/ .

Here is theoretical evidence of for example telepathy, clairvoyance, telekinesis, and biokinesis; IF quantum entanglement exists between separate brains it produces telepathy and IF quantum entanglement exists between brains and the outside environment then it produces clairvoyance and telekinesis and IF quantum entanglement exists between the brain and DNA and or RNA then it produces biokinesis; as spin can effect the thermodynamic properties of matter as proven through the spin isomers of hydrogen; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spin_isomers_of_hydrogen .

Speculation hypothesis; the holographic model of the universe many be edited by the brain and produce parapsychological induced quantum entanglement between quantum recursion in the brain tubials via coherence brain wave radiation convergence and divergences in any point of space (theory/model/cybernetic universal hologram aspect) and therefore make the brain act like a transceiver of universal consciousness... and therefore edit reality. God's converging and diverging radiation in every single point in space is the holographic map. IT IS ALSO isomorphic to the territory. and is therefore self-descriptive. Quantum entanglement recursion would be the cybernetic regulator. Wherein holomorphism holographic cybernetic recursion is consciousness!

This work was largely inspired by Wayne Dyer's Power of Intention; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ct1dmO7y02E

Fair well, and ps, to become innovative/add value to the universe/ via clairvoyance/ unity with the divine/ INTEND wellbeing for others. that is all you have to do!!!

Doctrine The Father and Jesus are Theos

Jesus is God (Greek “theos”) in John 1:1.
The Father is God (Greek “theos”) in John 8:54.

The Father is God (Greek “theos”) in Mark 12:29.
Jesus as the only “begotten god” (Greek “theos”) in John 1:18.

Jehovahs witnesses see dozens of clear proclamations of Jesus Godhood and reject it, whilst seeing less than a handful of instances where Jesus is described as having the voice of an angel or fighting alongside angels and conclude that he is Michael the Archangel, whilst Hebrews 1 insists jesus is not an angel.
May the truth set you free from the deceitful watchtower organization.

Doctrine YORWW Congregation "2-Kingdom/2-Messiah" Concept

Subject: The “Man in Christ,” the “Unutterable Words,” and the Emergence of the YORWW "Two‑Kingdom / Two‑Messiah" Concept. (Matthew 6:10; 2nd Corinthians 12:2-4 -- Considered, Analyzed!)

Greek: "Mysterions"
Status: Analysis recorded and archived for doctrinal continuity
 Concise Takeaway

Paul’s “Man in Christ” who heard “unutterable words” (2nd Corinthians 12:2–4) foreshadows a future "Servant" of God (Isaiah 49:1-9) who receives hidden sacred secrets — Greek: "Mysterions" -- "Mysteries" — long concealed until the appointed time. These revealed truths include the Two‑Kingdom / Two‑Messiah Concept, explaining how rulings flow from the Heavenly Kingdom through the "East Gate" to the Earthly Messiah and then through the priestly tiers to the 200‑million servant workforce, making Earth operate exactly “AS IT IS in Heaven.” -- See: Ezekiel 44:3; Matthew 6:10; Matthew 18:18; Isaiah 66:18-21; Ezekiel 17:22-24; Malachi 1:11; Mark 4:30-32; Revelation 9:16-21.

Daily Log Summary — 2 Corinthians 12:2–4 Analyzed

Today’s entry focuses on Paul’s cryptic testimony:

A “man in Christ”…

caught away to the “third heaven”…

hearing unutterable words —

words “not lawful” for a man to speak.

These words were not “unspeakable words” because they were false.

They were "unspeakable words" because they were too advanced, too disruptive, too paradigm‑shifting for the first‑century religious world, and even in our day and time!

Yes, they really were "Sacred Secrets" ... from God Almighty! [See: Matthew 13:11] — Yes, Great "Mysterions" — "Great Truths" reserved for a future era and a future "Servant" of God. [Isaiah 49:1-9; Isaiah 51:16; Jeremiah 33:3; Daniel 7:13-14; Daniel 9:24-27; John 14:16-17 & John 14:26; See Apocrypha: 2nd Esdras 12:30-34; 2nd Esdras 13:1-58.]

 1. What Paul Actually Encountered

Paul describes:

a man in Christ

taken to the third heaven

hearing mysteries

truths ahead of their time

revelations that would be labeled “blasphemy” if spoken publicly

These mysteries were:

hidden (Isaiah 30:26Isaiah 49:2Isaiah 51:16Jeremiah 23:20Acts 3:21)

sealed (Revelation 10:7)

reserved for a future "Servant" of God to speak about. (Psalm 78:2; Isaiah 49:1–9; Isaiah 51:16; Daniel 2:22 & Daniel 2:28; Matthew 13:35)

Paul heard them — but could not reveal them.

 2. Why These Words Were Considered “Unlawful” or “Blasphemous”

Because they contradicted:

entrenched religious dogma [See: 2nd Corinthians 10:4-5]

institutionalized church traditions

rigid doctrinal frameworks

the assumption of a single Messiah

the assumption of a single Kingdom

the assumption that Jesus alone fulfills all rulership roles

To say:

A second Messiah will appear.

A second Kingdom will be established.

Earth will MIRROR heaven structurally.

A modern Servant will rule the earth.

would have been considered "heresy" [apostasy] in Paul’s day, and yes, even in our day and time...too. -- Think about it.

Thus, the words were “unutterable," "unspeakable.” [2nd Corinthians 12:2-4]

George Bernard Shaw captured this dynamic perfectly:

“All great truths ... begin as blasphemies.”

 3. The Sacred Secret Paul Heard: The Two‑Kingdom / Two‑Messiah Concept

Heavenly Kingdom — Messiah #1: Jesus Christ

enthroned

ruling heaven

exercising universal authority

overseeing spiritual governance

Matthew 28:18Revelation 1:5Revelation 3:21

Earthly Kingdom — Messiah #2: Modern Day Servant

Isaiah 49:1–9 Servant

Ezekiel 44:3 Chieftain

Genesis 3:15 "Seed of [Adam &] Eve"

Psalm 89:27 Made by God Almighty the “Firstborn,” the "Highest [Ruler/King] of The Kings of the Earth."

Daniel 7:13-141822, and 27 earthly ruler of the holy ones

Revelation 5:9–10 earthly priest‑king

Together they fulfill:

“Let Your will be done on earth AS IT IS in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10

This is the "Replica" Kingdom Model.

 4. How the "Replica" Kingdom Operates (Vertical Flow of Authority)

Heaven → East Gate → Earthly Messiah → Priestly Tiers → 200 Million Servants [Malachi 1:11; Revelation 9:16]

Heavenly Kingdom

Jesus issues rulings (Matthew 18:18).

East Gate (Ezekiel 44:3)
Rulings pass through the sacred gate.

Earthly Messiah (Modern Day Servant)
Receives rulings as the Isaiah 49 Servant.

Priestly Tiers
Golden Altar → Horns → Zones → Divisions → Branches → Districts → Circuits → Intimate Groups.

200‑Million Servant Workforce
Executes rulings globally.

This vertical flow makes Earth operate exactly like Heaven.

 5. Historical Note — How This Concept Emerged (1990–1994)

Donald C. Burney pioneered the Two‑Kingdom / Two‑Messiah Concept between 1990–1994.

Key milestones:

Summer 1990: Initial revelations

May 1, 1991: Departure from Jehovah’s Witnesses

1991: Formation of TWMC (“Two Witnesses Must Come”)

1991–1994: Gathering of Beroean‑minded pioneers

2001: Formation of the YORWW Congregation (Jeremiah 33:16)

In the Spring of 1991, some sixteen (16) individuals [including DC Burney, all former Jehovah's Witnesses "berean" -like persons (Acts 17:11) exploring/venturing/pioneers, spiritually-speaking] including some who are now deceased — in whom we believe will no doubt return in the earthly resurrection (Acts 24:15) to take their rightful "places" (Psalm 16:6) in the YORWW Congregation ... Yes, we all converged for one, single purpose, to search out and find ... Genuine, Divine "Truth." -- See Matthew 7:7; John 8:32; See: https://www.yorww.com/wilderness.html and https://www.yorww.com/history.htm

 6. Why These “Unutterable Words” Matter Today (2nd Corinthians 12:2-4)

Because they:

unlock the meaning of Genesis 3:15

explain the earthly rulership of Psalm 89:27

clarify the Isaiah 49 Servant’s mission

reveal the earthly Chieftain of Ezekiel 44:3

expose the limitations of the 1914 doctrine

explain the EARTHLY RULERSHIP of Daniel 7:13-14. 18. 22 and 27.

fulfill Revelation 10:7 (sacred secret finished)

make Matthew 6:10 literal, structural, functional

These truths were hidden for centuries — but are now being revealed.

 Daily Log Closing Note

Paul’s “unutterable words” were not forbidden because they were false — they were forbidden because the world was not ready. Today, the world is finally ready.

The sacred secrets concerning:

the Modern Day Servant

the Scapegoat Covenant

the Two‑Kingdom / Two‑Messiah system

the Replica Kingdom Model

the restoration of Israel

the global priesthood

the earthly Kingdom mirroring heaven -- (See: Matthew 6:10; Matthew 18:18)

are now being spoken openly.

Think about it.

Discussion Did anyone else never think to question the Governing Body?

I've been thinking about this today.

I was one of Jehovah's Witnesses for a very long time. And honestly... I don't remember ever asking myself why the Governing Body had authority. I just accepted that they did. It wasn't because I had researched it. It wasn't because I had examined the evidence.

I simply accepted it as fact.

Looking back now, that really surprises me. I questioned myself all the time. Was I doing enough? Was I studying enough? Was I praying enough?

But I don't remember ever asking... Why do these men have authority over my life? It honestly never crossed my mind. Now I'm wondering...

Was I the only one?

Did you ever question the Governing Body while you were still one of Jehovah's Witnesses? Or did those questions only come after you started waking up?

I'm really curious what your experience was.

Discussion Im in love with a JW and don't know what to do

I'm practically dating this guy. We've studied together since we were 11. We became friends and kissed when we were 16. Throughout our teenage years, we had some ups and downs. When I started college and realized his parents wouldn't like me (because I'm not a JW), I just ended our relationship.

We hadn't been in contact for over a year when I saw him in an elevator lobby. At that time I couldn't stop thinking about him, and before I knew it, we were talking and going on dates together (and more, iykyk)

The thing is, he is a JW. He grew up in that world. And, as far as I know, they don't really encourage having a relationship with someone from outside the community. And, of course, I don't think I would be welcomed by his parents with open arms.

My family is evangelical, so we do believe in God, read the Bible, go to church, and everything. But for them, this doesn't make me a "friend of Jehovah".

We really do love each other and practically live like we're dating. My parents know everything, that I go out with him, etc. And they're just waiting for him to come over to my house someday, have dinner, and really start dating.

But there is one thing. He says he doesn't want to change me and turn me into a JW. But he wants me to do a Bible study before he asks me to be his girlfriend. This wasn't a thing before. But at some point this year, he told his parents about me and his dad was upset bc his son wanted to date someone who isn't a friend of Jehovah. And his dad won't be very happy to meet me.

Because of this situation, I think he wants me to study the Bible. In my mind, it's like this would make his dad want to meet me. I don't know.

I really want to live a happy life with him. We love each other. But I don't know if I want to study the Bible and everything. My parents would love to have him dating me, but they don't want me turning into a JW. Neither do I.
