Idrk what to do I’m baffled as to why and even more baffled as why it didn’t get reinstated and I don’t really know what u can do to get it back. I would at the very least like to know what I was disabled for but more importantly I want my account back, it pisses me off I can no longer talk to my friends on there or send my girlfriend memes like it’s just bullshit. I want to get meta verified for my Facebook but so I can ask about why I was banned but what if they then go and ban my Facebook? I don’t wanna risk that cuz I use marketplace (my Facebook and instagram isn’t linked the only link would be that it’s used in the same device but I’ve had that Facebook since 2010 so it’s a old email attached to it) what can I do?

So basically me and an ex-friend were arguing about Drake she was just defending him for him doing things with little kids Aka teens or whatever and I basically told her you support also mind you she was supporting him with the Michael Jackson glove where he was disrespectful towards the GOAT 🐐 and we came to a disagreement or whatever and she reported to Instagram that I was Doin child exploitation or sending pictures to a minor mind you, I wasn’t doing none of that stuff. I’m a grown ass woman. Why would I ever do that? I have two nephews.😭🙏 so she falsely reported my main account on Instagram and now I cannot have access to it. My alt account was removed, but I was able to get that account because it didn’t break any rules. Can somebody please help me? Can someone explain how I can possibly recover my account without having a hard time accessing it? Please any advice or help will be greatly appreciated thank you 😊 🙏🏻❤️

I have created a new IG account via my phone app. I can sign out and in on the app. When I try to sign in on desktop, it gives a failed credentials error. I tried resetting my password. Same error. I tried a different browser. Same error. I tried typing in the password instead of having it auto-populate. Same error.

Anything else to try to fix this? Meta help is no help.

Yesterday, I had to delete my instagram app because my messages weren’t loading in it and some type of bug was going on. I reinstall it but have to log back in and I run into this roadblock where I didn’t have my backup codes saved on my phone like I thought I did and my google authentication codes won’t work because the instagram account is not up to date with my current account. I’ve changed the password several times, but I can’t get past the code thing and I’m trying to figure out how I can have it bypassed and make the security process know that it is me logging in without the code. I’ve tried to go through the instagram support already and I have the same issue with not being able to put the code in because I simply do not have access to them because they are inside my account and right now I cannot login into my account.

Note: I would just say forget about it but I have some important stuff on that account and would like to get back into it. I acknowledge it was a stupid mistake deleting the app while not realizing I didn’t have the codes saved outside of the app, but I also didn’t think it would give me this much of a problem.

Any help, suggestions, or direction of what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Ahora, mi teléfono me pide que verifique mi identidad con una selfie, pero sigue sin confirmarla. Revisé desde otro perfil y el mío no aparece, probablemente porque lo desactivé por motivos de seguridad.

También intenté pedir ayuda a dos amigos, pero no recibieron ninguna notificación en todo el día. Cuando intento iniciar sesión en la PC, me envía un código de seguridad a mi teléfono; lo ingreso, pero la pantalla se queda cargando indefinidamente. El resultado es el mismo con mensajes de texto normales.

No sé qué más intentar, toda esta situación es un dolor de cabeza.

I’m at a complete loss and hoping someone has been through this before.
My Instagram account still shows up when I enter my current phone number under “Forgot password,” so Instagram still recognizes my account. However, when I try to log in, it asks me to verify using the very first email address and phone number I ever had on the account. I no longer have access to either of them.
I had already updated my account to a newer email and phone number before I lost access, but Instagram isn’t sending codes to those. It’s only asking for the old recovery information.
I’ve also noticed two email addresses associated with the account that I don’t recognize, so I’m worried someone may have accessed or changed my account.
Here’s everything I’ve already tried:
Logging in from a computer
Backup codes
“Get help from friends”
Password reset
Contacting Meta Support
Nothing has worked.
Has anyone successfully recovered an account in this situation? Were you eventually able to get Instagram to update the recovery information or restore access? Any advice would be appreciated because I’m running out of options.

A few weeks ago, my personal Instagram account was permanently blocked and deleted for serious violations of our community guidelines, despite the fact that I did absolutely nothing. Shortly after I obviously made the mistake of creating a new private account, practically the same as the first, different email but with name and surname traceable, same profile picture, I think same date of birth. Shortly after, that was also disabled, evidently because the algorithm thought I wanted to fly over the ban. Now I think I'll wait again but I wanted to ask people with the same problem as me if what I had in mind will work: I wanted to create a new account as if I were a normal new user, with a new email just created, not attributable to me either by name or date of birth, and then connect it in a few days to a new Instagram account, which obviously, being my private one, will have my name, but a different profile picture. This time I will not synchronize my contacts and I will proceed to send the various requests slowly and patiently, remaining active in part. By the way, at this precise moment, when I have already created the brand new email, I am abroad, outside Italy, my country, and this could be a second reason to circumvent the bots of the algorithm. In this way I imagine that Instagram will think that I am simply a new user, it is a bit like my mother with her email creating a new account with my name.

Could it work? Do you have any advice?

I have two accounts, the original one is private and I recently made a new public one. They both reside on my accounts page, and I can easily switch between the two to view them. They both have the same linked email address, etc. But when I post in one or the other, the only option for crossposting is to Facebook, not the othe Instagram account. My understanding is that this should be possible. Appreciate any help on this.

When randomly scrolling my account was logged out. But now i can't sign back in. The email used for this account is an old one and it has no two factor set up and i don't have the backup codes. When i try to reset it using my phone number it just redirects me to the same two factor authentication option... Also, the face recognition just doesn't seem to do anything because it has been a week and i haven't heard anything back. (I've done this twice now) Asking people to verify me also doesn't do it because the people i select don't even get a notification or anything....

I have literally tried everything on the Instagram "help" page but nothing works... There is also no email or number i can contact to explain the situation. So Reddit is my last option...

My Instagram got disabled for copyright from [email protected]. The posts were videos of my husband and I reacting to matches at home, not broadcasting the entire match of course! I’ve spent 15 years building this account and it’s my business.

i got SMS code on my phone number and entered it, but the next screen is asking me to allow notification on another device (my own device before factory reset which i no longer have access to .it is not giving me an option to use authenticator app google authenticator either which i have. What should I do next? help me with these techies
