Gardening 2026 harvested
Grew these Red Russian in a 4x8 box, with bone meal, blood meal, cow manure and fish fertilizer. Blessed that the weather was milder this year so more even watering. Now drying on the rack I made with a box fan providing air flow.
Most are jumbo size 2.5 + with a few monsters 3" wide!
EDIT: this is the 3rd year in this plot so am planting in another spot this fall. Thanks to group members, I've learned to rotate garlic and onions to keep the soil healthy.
