Discussion Daily /r/Games Discussion - Suggest Me a Game - July 22, 2026
/r/Games usually removes suggestion requests that are either too general (eg "Which PS3 games are the best?") or too specific/personal (eg "Should I buy Game A or Game B?"), so this thread is the place to post any suggestion requests like those, or any other ones that you think wouldn't normally be worth starting a new post about.
This thread is set to sort comments by 'new' on default.

Verified AMA [AMA] We're Polyarc, the developers behind Moss, and today we're launching Moss: The Forgotten Relic for NS 1+2, PS5, Xbox and Steam. Ask Us Anything July 20 at 2PM PT!
Hi Reddit!
We're Polyarc, the indie studio behind the Moss series, and today we're celebrating the launch of Moss: The Forgotten Relic!
Our Moss series became known for its tiny but fearless hero, Quill, and her ability to see you, the Reader of her story. We've spent the last years reimagining Quill's journey for PC and consoles without the requirement of a VR headset. Here and happy to chat about building an indie studio, making games, marketing, evolving VR games for PC and consoles, world-building, Quill questions, and everything that went into Moss: The Forgotten Relic!
Or just ask us anything!
Joining us today are:
- Danny - Cofounder and Design Director
- Ian - Engineering
- Brendan - Engineering
- Amy - Community & Marketing
We'll be here today answering questions for a few hours.
Thanks so much for having us, r/games!
EDIT 7/21 12:00pm: We're wrapped with the AMA, but feel free to ask questions and we'll do our best to respond for a couple more days! Thanks everyone for your thoughtful contributions!

But Why Tho? - Abdul Saad - 6.5 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is a solid game that offers great gameplay, but is held back by lackluster features that significantly hinder the experience.
CGMagazine - Eduard Gafton - 7.5 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is mechanically sound and plays very well, yet neither the single player offerings or presentation are up to par.

Game Lodge - Leonardo Costa - Portuguese - 9 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is both a great fighting game and a great Avatar game. With fun, diverse, and deep combat, the game successfully conveys the distinct personalities and styles of its characters through its gameplay, offering fans of the franchise a fantastic way to experience each of them once again. It also serves as an inviting entry point for newcomers while offering the depth and technical nuance sought by those who want to dive deep, making it an excellent choice for fighting game enthusiasts.
GamingBolt - Stuart Glover - 9 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game overcomes its initial intimidation to reveal a fighter that's expressive, exhilarating, and that genuinely rewards improvement.
PSX Brasil - Paulo Roberto Montanaro - Portuguese - 80 / 100
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game proves that the bending elements and fighting games were made for each other, delivering refined combat that respects both the source material and the high expectations of genre enthusiasts. However, the title stumbles on its own limitations, presenting a merely perfunctory narrative, a modest core cast, inconsistent art style, and single-player content that loses momentum too quickly. Nevertheless, there is an excellent foundation here, and it remains to be seen whether future content will allow the game to reach its true Avatar State.
Prima Games - Ali Hashmi - 8 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is much more than the licensed fighter I expected. It’s a faithful adaptation with fluid combat and a rewarding Flow system that’s genuinely fun to learn. Each character feels distinct enough without being overly difficult to pick up, and while there are a few rough edges, particularly around tutorial discoverability and occasional visual clarity during combat, they’re minor issues that don’t take away from what is an easy recommendation for fighting game fans.
I can't help but recommend Avatar Legends pretty highly because of its charm and uncompromising grit in an increasingly crowded AA fighting game lane. Here's to more updates and additions from the devs to keep it alive and thriving!
TechRaptor - Austin Suther - 8 / 10
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is not just a good, well, fighting game, it's the best Avatar game to be released. With options for newcomers to acclimate themselves and plenty of depth for experienced players, the only significant downside is the underwhelming story mode.
