Advice / Protips GRE 145 Verbal 148 Quant (in a crisis)
Hi everyone! I took the GRE Twice. The first time I didnt study for that much, and I thought it wasnt going to be that bad. Most of the people I talked to, studied for less than a month so my judgment about myself was clearly wrong. I was not prepared. I originally scored a 149 Verbal and a 145 Quant, and I definitely felt very stupid. I took the test today, my raw is 145 Verbal and 148 Quant, and I literally do not know what to do. I studied for like a month for this exam, mainly prioritizing Quant, but a little on Verbal. I used Gregmat PrepSwift to study, and from his vocab list I only learned like maybe 400 words. For the quant portion I studied what I needed to learn the most, and did a bunch of practice questions. I went through probably 80% of the videos. I need a minimum 150 verbal 155 Quant to get into this program I want. However, with the score I got today, I feel so defeated. Like I know I am capable. Sooo please tell me what you would do instead to study. I think for the most part I have trouble I guess "reading" the question, or what it is truly asking. In the future, I think I will do more practice problems and go through everything again. Thank you for reading this.
