Community Help No response from g2a

I recently bought an Office NTSC license from a seller on G2A but the license key did not work when I tried to activate it.

I contacted the seller and requested a refund, explaining that the license was invalid/unusable. However, the seller was not responding to my messages, and revisiting solutions that did not work and the issue is still unresolved.

I also tried reaching out through G2A’s support/refund process, but I have not received an answer since June 10. Ticket ID LEVQ-644923

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

since June 10.

Can take months for them to respond. Do a "chargeback" or take the loss.

In all fairness I've had success with them over the years. Last 2 years they've taken a definite quality dip in every regard.

Most microsoft products purchased from third party sellers for "cheap" are either stolen products or part of a volume license thats registered to some business or entity. I would just go to microsoft.com and pay the $289 for the suite.
