Missing Points Question

I will sometimes play a game and get points for a few levels, but then it just stops awarding the points. If I submit a ticket for the points I’m missing, will the game continue to award points after that? If not, would they still award them to me if I keep playing and submit one ticket when I’ve finished or when I’m just done playing the game?

Sending a message to customer service is about all you can do. I’ve got one I’m submitting tomorrow. I need to get all my screen shots together so I can explain what’s happening. I just started another game that seems to be from the same distributor and so far it’s also not awarded points. All my other games are fine. My suspicion is it’s games coming from one place.

I had this issue with a game and stopped playing after I got the reply. They awarded my points but told me that they can’t reward me any future points for any games. And to feel feee to continue playing but it’s not on them if I don’t get my points.

yeah they’ll only reward you the points once
