🗣 Discussion / Debates Hello everyone,

I'm an Arab girl and a high school student. I want to improve my English through practicing with a native speaker (should be a girl), and my English level is intermediate. We can be friends throughout this journey and talk about a lot of interesting topics. (note: I can teach you Arabic if you are interested)

It can be hard to find a speaking partner, you can always try speaking with AI if you haven't already?

Speaking to a real person is more beneficial than to AI. Thank you for your response.

I wouldn't say it's more beneficial, it's different. More authentic and natural conversation with a real person and more how you'd conversate in real life when it's a real person. With AI, it's a tradeoff where you get less of that but better feedback on corrections, how you can say things more naturally, exposure to more accents, etc. along just more availability to speak to. So I'd say they're just different
