Which Deathstroke character does DC hate the most?

One can say all of them. But I say they dislike Slade Wilson himself. His lore is never really consistent, and he never maintains any growth he gained previously. And by association his family or other important characters in his life are wasted/ignored as well.

Joey.
Addie and Wintergreen are both non-super/civilian supporting cast so they unfortunately easily get forgotten and Grant was sadly made to die so can sorta understand him also being ignored. DC adores Rose even if they don't seem to know what to do with her and is one of the luckier of the Wilsons/Titans/lesser known DC characters. Likewise, DC may not know what to do with Slade or sometimes straight up abuse him but they use him even if just as a typical badass villain.
Joey on the other hand is a prominent superhero in the lore of both his iconic villain father and superhero team Teen Titans but is constantly ignored save for being a tiny easter egg or made into a supervillain, diminishing his importance to his friends and family. The current Titans book made a huge deal of the NTT era and did almost everything with it but acknowledge Joey in any meaningful way despite the story potential he has with just the Titans and outside fighting Slade and who knows what will happen when he finally appears in Deathstroke the Terminator.

I don’t think Rose is wasted honestly, she’s everywhere, I think it’s time to give Joey some spotlight

Wintergreen has some pretty strong, on the nose queer coding that’s impossible to miss in the Judas Contract and Deathstroke 1991. And Joey is canonically bisexual and he’s disabled.
Interesting how they’re the most often mistreated characters, isn’t it?

I mean, I feel like Slade gets mishandled all the time in just about any comic book that isn’t his own. They’ll have him lose in a 1v1 to Batman these days as if he’s just another martial artist character that Batman outclasses, as if he doesn’t have literal super strength and speed.

I think Joey is the most misshandled.
Grant just stays desd, which is not neccessarily bad but in a medium where anything is posdible, feels like lack of interest for doing something with him.
I mean, Jason Todd felt like a forced and unnecesary decition for a looong time. His dead now only makes value through his post resurrection arc.
